The customer service is okay, they seem very nice, but they are WAY understocked, I can hardly ever find what I need, and what is on the shelf isn't very organized...Sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith as to how much something will cost. Also their hours are inconsistent, I go up there to buy something, and it's really just a hit or miss whether they'll be open or not.

Cashier was very helpful went straight to what I was looking for without even knowing the name of it. A product my cousin in Texas told me to get from Sally's. When I did get it pulled up she already had it.

So I am bored. Decided to change hair color. I always go to this store. Knowledgeable help and good customer service. Decided to go blonde. Need to bleach then tone. Took a week. But I am in love with how my hair turned out. Thank you all the young ladies at Sally's that advised me. I used wella.

Horrible costumer service, especially compared with other Sally’s stores. They were rude when I called over the phone asking if something was stocked and still rude even when I came in.

Sally's Beauty Store always has everything for your hair. I always have to get an iron treatment every few months. My Momma love's this store and so do I, so Thank You Momma you are the best!!!

As a professional cosmetologist I prefer shopping at salon centric. But I stop here time to time and they're always so nice :) Answer any questions I have and are always great! The girl with a colorful pixie cut was so helpful and nice !

Great when they are open, but they are not consistent with hours. They do not update hours online for special circumstances, and twice in the past month I went when they were supposed to be open and there was a handwritten sign on the door reading “Temporarily closed.” The one on archer road may be more reliable. Very disappointing.

I have been going to the location at 25 NW 16th Avenue, Suite B; Gainesville, FL 32601, for well over 20 years. I am now only 43, and all those years ago, I had a professional license membership bc I had a plan of how this single Mom was going to put herself through college without any debt. This location has steadily improved over the years. It’s growth has been tremendous and that includes weeding out the bad seed employees, new management, improvement on the products they carry while not getting rid of their top selling products that their customers obviously love, all this while cleaning the store up and maintaining its cleanliness. I was just there on Friday, 9/27/19, while I only shop there now for personal shopping. It’s still my go-to place for hair color, hair care, nails and nail care, and so much more. On this particular day, I was greeted immediately upon entering the building. I turned down her offer bc I knew what I was after. When I got my items I went to the register and PATIENTLY waited. The kind employee was with another customer who was sent in by her daughter to buy different shades of vibrant colors to mix together to create the color she wanted. This mother knew nothing about hair coloring or what to get. She didn’t know if the daughter had all the supplies she needed and was conveniently not responding to text. Did I mention that the daughter also dropped her kids off to her mother and expected her to travel two counties away to get these items with them in tow. They were approximately 18 months and maybe 3 yrs old. So I felt for her and did not mind waiting patiently. More people need to learn to put themselves in other people’s shoes. In this case I was thinking what if I did that to my mother. I would feel awful when I found out what she went through. Somehow I don’t think this daughter will. When they came around the corner and the employee saw me waiting she immediately came to check me out, she apologized profusely, as did the customer. I assured them both that their apologies were very appreciated however, not necessary. I told the customer that someone needs to apologize to you for putting you in this situation. She said “You are so right about that”. The employee remained calm and friendly the entire time, even when the maybe 3yr old purposely stomped on her foot/ankle. The poor grandma was so caught off guard that she did not know what to say. Fighting back tears she just apologized over and over. The employee just made a joke “Honey do you see the size and color of my ankles? People mistake them for the floor all the time!” and she just laughed and attempted to act like nothing was wrong. I completed my checkout, where I bought a heavily advertised 14-in-1 Spray Leave In conditioner and 5 pairs of earrings to put up for my daughters for Christmas gifts. Always thinking ahead! My experience at the store was overall a wonderful experience. Basing it solely on my interactions with the employee it was 5⭐️‘S all the way! She was a saint!
