Got ripped off, paid 35 dollars for a few strands of hair cut. I thought maybe they would get styled at least but instead I got uneven and terrible. I could’ve messed my own hair up for free but hell I’d recommend that before I recommend here it was literally just bangs... In my picture you can see the strands that didn’t get cut. had to fix them when I got home. Can’t say much because after I sat down she told me it was going to be more for bangs rather than a bang trim but how does that work cuz you’re still cutting the hair in the same way (and my hair is short)??? Well anyways I don’t care that much but I am never trusting anyone again with my hair, thanks. The picture is how I walked out the salon.

Someone (Me) got a little scissor happy and decided to cut their own hair and realized very quickly that was a really big mistake and that they should not have done that. A appointment was booked immediately and luckily I was set up with Christina. Christina did her big one, she is genuinely a miracle worker and she made me look amazing. She did the dang thing. I couldn’t recommend a stylist more. She was the sweetest ever!

I highly recommend Riley! This was my first time using Riley's services, and I asked her to help remove my hair extensions because my previous stylist elsewhere had put them in my hair incorrectly and it was also too tight. Riley was so helpful, kind, and patient throughout the whole appointment. My scalp feels so much better now that the extensions have been removed. I will definitely be returning to Riley when I am ready to have extensions put back in!

I got a wash and cut with Abbi. Her skills and services were spot on! I brought in a couple of pictures to show her what I was going for and she listened, explained how my hair would react (being curly so it would shorten when dry), she took her time, and made my hair style my own and I totally love it! Will be coming back and hope to book with her again

If you need an amazing stylist that does extensions get with Sali this girl did above what I ever expected with my hair !!!! She had me feeling like a whole new girl !!!! Love her work 10/10

I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Sali :) she is so down to earth. Due to health issues, my hair had been quite neglected for some time. She graciously walked me through every step of my haircut, and explained what she was doing in detail. I will definitely be going back!

I am so disappointed in the service that I received at this salon. It used to be my go-to, but at this point I do not see myself going back. I went to see Jen to go from a natural blonde to go more copper/red but still maintaining the majority of that original blonde as highlights and at the roots. There were multiple reference photos that showed this, and we talked about in in-depth in a consultation before, over text, and right before the appointment began. We seemed to be on the same page. After the fact, there were very minimal highlights and it was not at all like the reference photos or our conversation. When I reached out to Jen, expressing my concern and hoping we could fix it, it took her a week to reply and she only did so after follow up texts from me. She quoted me about $70-80 for a “few more highlights up front,” saying that will be the cost of product alone, when that is generally the cost of product for a whole head of highlights. She was incredibly condescending in her messages. When I replied, explaining how since the color was no where near what we agreed upon, I was a bit shocked at the price, especially since if it was done at the original appointment, I wouldn’t have paid more at that time. It has since then weeks and I’ve yet to hear back from Jen. I am so frustrated with the service I received and the lack of commutation, especially due to the deviation from the clear plan for an expensive coloring.

Sali is the best! After receiving quite literally the worst haircut of my life from a different stylist at a different salon, I was able to book an emergency appointment with Sali to get it fixed. Not only did she explain step by step what she was doing to try and fix my choppy layers, she also taught me ways to style my new and unexpected haircut. The end product was much better than I could have hoped for, and I feel so much better about my hair. Sali was so SO kind and I am so appreciative of her and her work. Definitely worth the visit!! I will absolutely be returning!

I love this salon. I’ve been going for so long I can’t remember another salon. The place is clean and has a peaceful environment. My hair always looks perfect when I finish my appointment. I feel like family.
