I haven’t been here since 2019 due to graduating and moving but I have been trying to find someone as good as Richard since leaving. He did such a nice job on my blonde and it was affordable. He used products that didn't damage my hair. My hair has never been as good since :(

Richard really knows hair and gives the BEST shampoo scalp massage of my life. He has cut my super thick hair since 2006 or so. I highly recommend him!

Jess is so nice and easy to talk to. I have curly hair and Jess always knows how to cut it so that it lays and curls beautifully. After many disappointing hair cuts at other salons, I found Jess about 4-5 years ago and I’m never disappointed. Previously I always colored my own hair but started having it professionally done by Jess. I love the color so much more than what I was using. If you have curly hair, Jess is your girl!!

For Jessica: I don't know what to do about the disappointment I feel in my style you cut into my hair last week. From the beginning, there wasn't much, conversation about what I wanted. I showed you the inspiration picture And you told me you told me I had to get my hair fixed 1st from having cut it myself. I Didn't quite understand that because you did cut it only shorter than what it was Still with disconnected Layers And uneven In places. Even the shampoo was really bad. You squirted me in the face once and then splashed me twice.. The water ran cold On a cold day which was pretty uncomfortable. Not the whole time, but for a little while. Pretty weird. I have a pretty big thick chunk of hair on the right side of my head at a weird angle. That is not repeated on the other side. You didn't really do any length checking either from side to side.so it’s uneven in front. Don't know about the back. guess I'm lucky I still have some hair. I'm not a vain person, but my appearance is something I kinda value. It was pretty clear I thought that I wasn't jazzed about how I looked when I left.. I told you my daughter gave it a thumbs up but ??? ????? When I was checking out you asked me out loud if I wanted to put a tip on top of the $45 dollars... I have never been asked out loud for a tip for a service. Then you didn't even attempt to rebook me for that repair style haircut I needed. What a disappointment. was there a time constraint? Did you just not feel well? Did you just dislike me? It doesn't matter. I won't trust anyone. I’m sorry to blast you but I’ve had it with bad services.

Pam was amazing! So glad I found her, I have been searching for the perfect hairstylist for 2 years since moving to the area. She was extremely skilled, kind, patient and informative. She did a great job and gave me tons of Gainesville tips I have been in search of. Can’t wait until next time ?

Pam is amazing!! When I first visited, I wanted to cut my long hair. Over time, she has crafted my hair into the picture here. I absolutely love my hair and I get so many compliments on it. Pam takes my ideas, checks with me about ideas she has and comes up with the final result. She’s awesome at feeling her way through the haircut as well and working with the person’s specific hair and face to find a flattering style. (For example, she works around/with cowlicks, waves or curls, how your hair naturally lays, etc). She’s even cutting my teen girls’ hair now.

I have been coming here for 2 years since finding Lisa, by accident and Noone else will ever touch my hair. She is amazing!!!
Requested style: I cut all my hair off short in edgy layers and had her do blonde and red highlights. Very big transition. And I love it!

I have been a regular customer in the past. Tina has been my stylist when I did come here. She never fails to produce the right color and hair style for me. The only reason I stopped coming was that my financial situation changed. But, now I am in the position to come back and continue having my hair done here.
The staff has always been courteous. Great place all around good environment.

Requested style: I requested for her to create a new style for me and she did that . Something a franchise establishment won’t do . They want to ask questions rather than using the skills they have learned . Thank you Pamela !
