I am excited to head over to Sam's Club to grab their special rotisserie chicken and hotdog soda combo for the unbeatable price of $1.38. I noticed that the gas prices were at $3.03 for regular unleaded. The store's rotisserie chickens are known for being hot, juicy, and freshly cooked, which is why I always make it a point to stop by whenever I can. Today is a Saturday, but thankfully, it doesn't seem to be overly crowded, so I should be able to get in and out quickly.

People were nice, But every time we come in they move everything. We were looking for chips and we spent 5 minutes finding what aisle it was on.

Pretty decent sams club but it's got a lot of customers since it's one of the only sams clubs in a busy college town. Most products are there and in bulk. The only item I haven't been able to find there is root beer. They have 50-60 soda options but no root beer which is odd.

Always busy didn't have to que to checkout today but the line to make sure you hadn't stolen anything on the way out was long if they don't trust you they need to go back to manned checkouts that's what customer service is about for me I'm really getting sick of the lack of personal service.

I have ordered items for pickup twice from this club. Both times the orders have not been ready when expected. Not even a courtesy emailed sent to let me know my pickup was delayed. My most recent order was placed at 5am. I was told that orders are started at 7 and at 515pm, my order was still not ready. I was told by the associate that it would be another hour. I have ordered from a few other sams club in Fla and Ga and have never had an issue. Gainesville Sams need more employees so that they can get it together!!

We had lost a phone in store after closing hours, and a worker named Christopher in the parking lot lead us inside and helped us to find our phone! Another worker also helped us, we didn’t catch his name but he found it for us! Thank you for helping us, especially to Christopher and other employees! :)

Laniya at customer service was exceptional at helping me set up and navigate through Sam's club pick up service. I am extremely grateful to her.

I have been a Sam's Club member for almost 40 years and usually have my tires replaced there. Not anymore. I went on Sunday July 2 to have a tire replaced. The size needed was out of stock so they ordered one for my car. I was notified on Monday the tire was in. I called to schedule an appointment but each time I was transferred from central tires to the local store the phone rang and rang and then disconnected. After 45 minutes of this I find out I can just walk in as long as I am there by 6:00 pm I got off work early on Tuesday and when I arrived (before 6 pm I waited at the counter over 15 minutes for someone to even wait on me. Then I am told they don't have time to do the tire. I must make an appointment. There was only one car there! When I insisted since I have driven over an hour to get there they said they had too many appointments. The tire service man assisting me said he couldn't to it because he was getting off in 15 minutes. I requested a manager who agreed he could not because he came in at 8:00 am ??? Sam's paid this employee to do nothing for 15 minutes Doesn't take much longer than that to change a tire. Then I'm told there can't be just one worker in the service center so what about all those appointments? When he left there would just be one man there. I refuse to spend money where it doesn't matter because they don't have to care. They make plenty of money. Never going back. I purchased a tire somewhere else.

Mostly a normal sams experience. My first time at this specific one. I was there around 5pm on a Friday, dug my own grave there.Only complaint would be the poor folks in the kitchen making pizza and pretzels really needed more help. I spent almost as much time in that line as I did shopping. 1 person was Makin pizza and 2 more were doing everything else, it seemed pretty inefficient.I wish Sam's and Costco would close to non-commercial customers entirely but a few hours a day would be a reasonable compromise. The general public in there just slows the process when you have a big cart loaded with heavy stuff.

Had 8:00 a.m. appointment to have tires installed. One person in tire department. Had to unload truck instead of installing tires. Had to reschedule. Wasted my time plus had to drive 40 miles one way for nothing. Useless company.

Sam's is on the decline. One person manning 8+ checkout lanes. That person was not interested in the speed at which people could checkout at all. The fact that they can't afford to have people check out guest to get people through the line is going to be the downfall of personal shopping. Online shopping gets more appealing everyday with this experience.
