Restroom is outside around back. There's no lock on the door. No handle. There is no soap, no towels. Inside appeared to be clean and well stocked.

It's the only shell brand for a few miles, it's dirty, half the machines are out, and overall unkept. Wouldn't go inside for anything and now my feet are covered in gas. Sighhh

It appears that the pumps have charged my card, yet they only accept cash, and the system is not functioning correctly. Furthermore, the gas station staff has not offered an apology, but rather placed the blame on you, stating that this is common knowledge.
