“Big thank you to Jim! I dropped off a few packages this morning. Just before I pulled into the parking lot, a transformer blew and FedEx lost functionality on some of their systems. Jim offered to log the packages once their system was back up as a courtesy. Unknown to me, I dropped of a USPS package (that was in a FedEx pouch). By the time I made it to my office, I had a message from Jim who wanted to let me know about the mix up and that he would get the package to USPS as a courtesy. Wow!
