SO DISAPOINTED TO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY VERY EXPENSIVE BED IN ONLY A COUPLE OF YEARS. its bad enough that where I sleep has a trough where I sleep. Now it looses air while I am sleeping on it. It also only records about half of my sleep information. Top that off with a garbage prorated warranty, and I become a very dissatisfied customer. Had I taken the time to look over the warranty. I NEVER would have bought this bed. Such a shame that the $400, 7 year old air type mattress on my convertible sofa is superior to my $5000 bed

Carissa was extremely helpful to me when I was in the store the first time. I told her what I want and she provided it for me. A few weeks later I called because I had a question about the base for the king size bed, and she assured me that it would be fine. I can hardly wait for the new beds to come.
I highly recommend Gainesville sleep number.

Recently had to place an order for the adjustable frame portion for my father who is having a heart surgery next week. Carissa was extremely helpful and was able to get the frame delivered in our time frame! So thankful she took the time to help during this stressful time.

Sales person was the best. I’m 70+ y.o. I have some experience. She was professional, knowledgeable about the product, and not pushy. Answered my questions. I was very comfortable with buying the bed. Weeks later still satisfied with the purchase.

Our salesman, Sebastian, was very knowledgeable and did not attempt to oversell what we needed from Sleep Number. We have been so happy with our new bed!!! I am actually going to bed earlier because it feels SO nice.

I recently got a Sleep Number mattress, and I’ve had such an amazing experience, all thanks to one of the amazing store manager, Carissa! She was fantastic at helping me with some technical stuff. I’m definitely sticking with Sleep Number here on out. Please give her a visit—she’ll put you in something that’ll take away your back pain and give you an amazing night’s sleep. The sleep center is professionally setup with various options reflecting value and cost. Store manager Carissa was thoroughly knowledgeable, courteous, professional (and a guide!) sifting thru all for us to pick the best choise.
