I had issues with android auto on a system that sound depot installed two years ago. They fixed the problem without charge. Excellent customer service. I Would recommend sound depot to anyone

Really awesome customer experience although they didn't have what I was looking for (a really nice item that is hard to find anywhere)So not surprising XD but from what I noticed other than what I came in for today it was really awesome they have a huge variety of stuff and the staff is very knowledgeable.

Nothing but Great things to say about Chris and everyone at Sound Depot! My truck stereo sounds AMAZING! The entire process was great from Chris giving me options and recommendations to a beautiful install in a single day! I never felt pressured to spend more than I wanted to and Chris’ communication was phenomenal. I can’t recommend Sound Depot enough! Thanks to everyone involved in making my dream system a reality!

Logan gave great guidance in helping me pick out new audio equipment and peripherals for my vehicle without trying to upsell me. Fast and clean install. Helpful with questions after the sale, too. Took my vehicle here for an alarm system and a remote start. They put it in and mysteriously my hazards stopped working. Other than the dealership they was the only ones to touch my vehicle, and the hazards worked before the installation.What did they do?? Nothing they claimed they didn’t touch the hazards and only used the blinkers.Long story short don’t bring your vehicles here they will sabotage your vehicles and sell your parts, and will sit up there look you in your face and lie claiming they didn’t do nothing to the problem so the can’t be held liable.

The only choice for auto customization in the Gainesville area, in my opinion. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and skilled staff that will spend their time to educate you about your options. They carry several of the best brands available in the biz and have an awesome, large, modern showroom with interactive displays!

Stay away from these guys! My car went in there via a sub from another car repair place to have a radio put in. I was quoted a couple hundred dollars me supplying the radio and the speakers being in the car. get a call from the install/walk up the bill rip off, let's just call him Chris, who informed me that they need to know what rear speakers I would like to use. When I informed them, the speakers were in the car, small 4-8 ohm BOSES, They then said those were not adequate, and they would not install . I also had existing speakers in the doors of which they said were defective, and we're not. They from that point removed the door panels, which was a very involved projects, and when reinstalling them in the car, comes back to me with loose door panels as well as working speakers that came from the car and as well a window regulator on the passenger side that no longer works After he got done quoting for his new price over the quote amount and I asked him how much it was he informed me $960 plus I said unacceptable. He then said that's what I told them and they've got it recorded . once he went to review the recording he didn't have it recorded instead they ended up putting a pair of $99 speakers in that they charged me $300 for My favorite line from this guy was I have people who owned $5000 cars that install $13,000 sound systems... right there's enough to tell you you're dealing with a thief . Once he realized he wasn't going to screw me I had the pleasure of dealing with his boss who intern ended up getting $600 of my money for a simple $150 installation and admitting their imaginary recording of what I supposedly told him was not working and they did not have it. When I picked up the car from the outfit that was repairing it, and who took it to these people the Car came back to me with the antenna, which was an electric antenna brand new, not functional, as well as not plugged in and as well issues that exist with the one speaker where the window regulator was screwed up after their dismantling of the door to put in speakers that I didn't need. Don't be stupid. These people are rip offs!

Awesome service and technical knowledge! I couldn't be more pleased with the custom, modernized sound system and user interface that Sound Depot FLAWLESSLY engineered and installed in my wife's 2000 Boxster S. Four new top of the line speakers, two tweeters, and an excellent subwoofer. It looks great and sounds awesome!Chris was informative and patient. He kept me informed throughout the process and provided excellent customer service.I highly recommend The Sound Depot.
