My tow truck driver Shaun, was VERY professional and personable. Arrived on time and ( due to my car being lowered) was extremely acceptable to change of plans ( needing a roll-back instead of the traditional tow truck). He expedited the switch of trucks in a timely manner and communicated his ETA the entire time. The dispatch manager also called me to express his empathy for my situation and reassured me of the next steps to get me and my beloved Cobra home safe. It all was a well planned and executed experience. I would like to thank Spartan for how they handle business.Shawn- Williams

Car broke down. Called roadside assistance on my insurance, which referred to spartan towing. After two hours, they never showed up. Called them on the phone for status, and they never picked up.

Spartan towing handled our car in a half an hour, where many other towing companies have failed. The process was very smooth. The car was locked and the wheel not moving. Now we have the car at the dealership 30 minutes after they showed up.Thank you so much

I recently got a flat tire and was very impressed at how quickly Spartan Road side rescue came to help. Shaggy was very kind and even helped me find the access to get my spare tire. He then went and made sure tire was filled, I was safe to get back on the road. I was very thankful for this experience. Definitely recommend Spartan Roadside to everyone I know. I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were able to pick me up within 40 minutes of the breakdown. Shaggy’s was by far the best car serviceman I’ve ever met. Knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding, what a guy. Thanks Spartan, I’m sure glad I ran into you folks!

Shaggy is one of the most nicest person i have met, my engine blew and he towed it, i was heading to a body shop but he knew they couldn't do what i needed for my car and ended up taking me to a mechanic that can and it was the most helped i received and needed at the time and drove me to where i needed to get too, shaggy my bro is amazing and you would be grateful to have him tow your vehicle
