REFUSED to honor marked prices. Staff said they wished they could help, but owner wouldn't let them. There was no dispute that they were wrong, but no resolution was offered.Tried to charge us $5 over the listed price on the aisle. I guess businesses can get away with whatever they want these days, legal or not.

Have shopped there for almost two years. Purchased champagne on 12/26/2020 to serve on NY's Day. It was flat and smelled almost rancid. Store policy is that only the owner can refund money or offer in a store credit. Have made three trips and have not found the owner on the premises. So, I give up on finding a fair resolution. It's not worth risking my health and or life another time. However, I will no longer shop there. Happy 2021!

Awful experience. To start off I am 20, my fiancé is 21 but I do not partake in underaged drinking. Me and my fiancé walked in and spent a good amount of time finding the right liquor for the drinks him and my mom were going to make. We get up to the register and I'm just standing there watching my fiancé give the man his ID and he goes, "I need to see yours to. You guys look too young." to me. Someone who is not at all in this alcohol exchange, I'm just in the store to find what my fiancé needs so we could leave. He said I "looked like I was participating in the alcohol." Therefore that means I have to show him my ID. My fiancé was purchasing the alcohol for himself but yet with me just standing there, all of a sudden I'm partaking in the alcohol? Ridiculous. So for 1. The first thing he said to us was that we looked young, it wasn't even in a nice tone either. Discrimination if you ask me. 2nd, he told me to show him my ID when I wasn't even buying the alcohol. What if I were with my parents? Would he have ID'd me then? Or if a mother walked in with her 10 year old, would he ID the 10 year old? In the end, he wouldn't let my fiancé buy the liquor that he is legally aloud to buy, because I (the non buyer of the alcohol) am too young and therefore that obviously means I'm abusing the alcohol!

This is a quaint little Spirit Shop that can meet all your needs for spirit and wine selection. The selection of wine is outstanding and competitively priced. If there's something special that you're looking for ownership will make sure to order and get it in for you immediately. Outstanding customer service highly recommended.

Since Publix can't sell hard liquor (thanks, Florida), stop right on by next door to the Spirit Shoppe. This is a tiny, cramped shop but is stuffed to the brim with interesting rum, bourbon, and special release selections. Prices were a bit high, but they had some sale items worth grabbing like Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. The cashier was friendly and knowledgable about the items in stock. Overall, pretty solid.

Lacks competitive pricing, evidently doesn't have an inventory system as the 20 something kid running the register couldn't tell me if they had any of the bourbon I was looking for in stock (I'd seen it there before). Also, tried this place a year ago and was looking for a particular beer out of Arizona...this time I think it was the owner I spoke with and he said he was pretty sure he was getting the beer I was looking for in the next month or two and he'd call me. I left my name and number and...SURPRISE...no call...ever...oh, and they don't have the beer and can't get it because it's not distributed this far east yet as confirmed by other more reliable establishments. This is just my opinion but don't waste your time here.

Very rude middle aged female cashier. Looking for a specific item and she wouldn't lift a finger to help, just played with her phone while talking to us. Taking my business anywhere but here.
