Not convenient if you only need to make a payment, really great service trying to get you to buy something. But once they have you hooked,expect a wait, and if you are not on their auto deduction plan you will pay $5.00 more for a "Price that never goes up":(

Retailer store of T mobile. Very busy so may need to add hours of wait time to process your queries or get service. However the service provider are very friendly and helpful.

The one star is not so much for the store ... Just the company in general.. Miss information. You're told you'll get a credit.. or it'll cost a certain amount...you get the bill. Surprise!!!! Nothing you were told was true!!!!

I spent a whole day on the phone with T-Mobile which was a call center overseas. I was switched from one department to another a few times and they still got my account all screwed up! The next day I went in person to the Main Street Store, and Wow I was blown away with the great service I received from Ms. Christina Moffitt. In one hour not only did I got my screen replaced but I also got my account straightened out with all the perks and wait for it, with her help I saved over $140 on my monthly bill. Thank you Ms. Christina, I wish everyone at T-Mobile had someone like you. You are the best example of what a Customer Service should be. You are now my go to moving forward!! I highly recommend you for a big raise or a higher position there. Thank you so much for all your help and for making my decision to stay with T-Mobile.

Frustrated with Tmobile. I live rural,outside of Kansas City and the service works fairly well out there ,a few drop calls but that's expected. I live on 7 miles of country Road. But ever since I got Tmobile any time I travel to my moms in Gainesville I never have good service. I called them. They tell me that they are working on it and I come back a year later and it's still not fixed. I had to come to Gainesville to be with my mom for a while and finally had to go buy a Verizon phone because I cannot conduct my business using my T-Mobile phone.

Worse wireless internet ever. It will not stay on more than five minutes without rebooting. Sometimes it is down for over an hour. I have the phone and wireless bundle and they won’t let me out of my contract without a large penalty. Their service dept is a joke. They will work with me a while and then tell me they will check with an “expert” or “engineer” that will call me back but I never get a call back. Stay far away from these folks.

Load alarm noise in show room steady going off. Employees not helpful or friendly. Waited over 30 minutes just to buy a $10 sim card.

1/30/2022 430 pm EST-I came in to get a new screen cover. The store had 2 people working with people and 4 people waiting. I was number 2 in line of the 4. The manager-Janette- came out of the backroom and said "OK Im going to lunch". She then seen the few people waiting, put her purse down and proceeded to to assist customers. I felt privileged to have her help me. I complimented her leadership and she said "I cant leave my people swamped, I can eat later". WAY TO GO!!! Down side, the place reeked of mold and I was affected by it. My eyes started tearing and I started sneezing. I almost died from toxic mold and am sensitive to toxic mold and know that the mold in that building is the harmful kind. She mentioned she had people out sick and I suggested she boycott until they fix whatever water source is causing the mold. I hope this gets addressed before they have lawsuit on the their hands. Customer service outstanding, building TOXIC!!!

I entered the store And was greeted and told someone would be with me shortly , I waited someone finally approached me which seemed to be the manager at the time , I told her what I needed to do and she told me to Return my phone I would need to bring the actual phone box it came out of , ok no problem I told her it was in the car when I came back into the store she helped someone else, went to the back of store came back out assisted someone else again and was acting as if I wasn’t there never did come back to help me resolve my issue after minutes of waiting so I left.
