This used to be my go to place until a year ago. I tried it again and it's the worst service I've ever had. I asked for dip and after 2 hours he realized he did it wrong (dipped it 4x so it never dried). Spent another 1.5 hours there only to have it pealing in less than 24 hours. This is dip, not regular nail polish

So my last set was a pedicure and nails it was over $200.00 within the first week nails are popping off left and right. Mind you I’m doing simple stuff like folding laundry or opening doors. I pretty much got fed up and went there to have them take off everything. During the take off process they didn’t take off the tip or acrylic off my feet all the way and then proceeded to charge me $20 for soak off even tho the nails weren’t up to par in the first place because of the constant breaking. This is not the only set where I have had this issue and atp I’m not coming back. They have great customer service literally 10/10 but the nails DO NOT LAST.

My experience here was amazing!! Every worker was so nice and I am pretty sure they were a family so it makes me so happy to be a part of that environment! My nails turned out so so pretty! Definitely coming back!
Requested style: I got dip and tips and they were probably the best I have ever gotten! So fast and really good prices, especially for a college student!

I am sitting in my car to write the FABULOUS review this place so deserves.
When I discovered my nail person of 4 years had found a new trade- I was so sad. But after some research, I decided to give this place a try. I am so glad I did.
My pedicure was magnificent. The chair massage was was BEYOND needed and my toes look incredible.
Onto my nails. Joesph NAILED (lol) it. I am BEYOND happy with the services I got today. I will undoubtedly be back. You should go give them a try. I’m so glad I did!!

My husband and I were making a pit stop on our roadtrip way back home. My husband suggested we stop and get a manicure. I was in need of a dip refill so of course I agreed. He needed to stop in UPS next door and said why don’t you look at Star Nails! I went in and was kindly greeted by the owner Joseph. He did a fantastic job. He took the time to listen to what I liked, made any shape adjustments, and made sure I looked my best! I am so happy with the outcome. Hoping I can stop back by our next time through Gainesville. Not to mention my husband mani pedi was fantastic too!
