The Asian I talk to did a nice job setting up my policy. When I had an issue with something not being accepted and I was showing an extra payment that I didn't know I had the agent I talked to at that point did find out why and be able to tell me why so that I could handle the situation. I was happy with the service I got

Excellent service! I have used my roadside assistance under my automotive policy, which was very helpful. The customer service is always easy and pleasant. I highly recommend this Allstate agency!
