  Not all StorQuest are created equal. They all charge an application fee, but some will include a lock with that price, some don't.
  Prices change on the daily. Strike when the iron is hot. Price might go up tomorrow or might go down. Storage agent doesn't even know.

  I came to this location with my friend to get a new unit. And the main lady in the office was amazing. I believe her name was Sandy. But she answered all of our questions and made our experience easy. Thank you for helping us out!!

  Mrs Sandy Is The Best! My husband left our storage unit without a lock full of our new expensive belongings and Mrs Sandy called us to let us know she had secured our unit until we could come lock it. On top of that we got locked out while moving out too late lol and Mrs Sandy def let us in in a decent timely manner. Definitely recommend and will use the 34th site again when needed! 🫶

  Terrible experience overall. Here are the highlights:
  
  1. Received a completely different unit than what I was promised over the phone. Was told I could park a vehicle inside if I wanted to (which was my intention). When we arrived the unit was located somewhere inaccessible to vehicles AND door was just big enough for a person to walk through.
  
  2. When I was finally able to reach someone about this (I was never able to speak to anyone at this location btw), the best they could do was knock around $40ish off my bill for the month. Whatever. Next month they INCREASED my monthly rent payment from $118.47 to $166.08.
  
  3. We were moving into our house on a Saturday, got our stuff out of the unit, brought it to the house. We were still going to use the unit to help store some of our overflow from the house (seasonal stuff and whatever else). That following Monday without even contacting me first to confirm, I get an email notification that we’ve “moved out” and we no longer had access to the unit… I called customer service (again was never able to speak to someone at this location), and his best guess was that when making rounds on-site they had noticed the unit was empty and assumed we were done with it and cancelled our lease without checking with us first.
  
  This is my first negative review I have ever left for a business/service. If you are planning on using StorQuest I would very much recommend a different location. Left 2/5 stars rather than 1/5 because customer service was excellent. Every time I called they were as helpful as they possibly could’ve been.

  My wife and I recently stored our apartment furniture over the summer and we had a great experience with StorQuest. Sandy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make the process easy and accommodating.

  I wish they would notify us about changes concerning the access code hours it's Wednesday and I came from another city to Gainesville thinking I can get in it's only 7:15pm the access hours are 9am-6pm Wednesday and Sunday closed no access

  Storquest is such a fantastic facility. Tammy is the reason we will always be a Storquest customer. She went over and beyond to help us with a problem. It's hard to find great employees these days...she's amazing. I hope management sees this and realizes they should try and find a place for her in the company after she finishes college... because she has such dedication.
