Laken the Store Manager is always on top of things. She's pleasant to deal with, professional and courteous. Give this women a raise. The storage facilities are fairly priced clean and safe. I highly recommend this location for all your storage needs.

Storquest has Clean facilities, no moths in units which is an issue I've run into at 4 other storage facilities in Gainesville that was a constant problem and battle as I own a large amount of vintage clothing and obviously cannot allow moths in my unit. Facility has a nice ,clean and decent size bathroom open for tenants to use. Good outside lighting. Easy access. Proper hours of operation. Fenced in with what looks like decent security and a very nice pleasant and good lookin lady at the front desk

I have been with this storage facility for a little over a year (they increased the rates after maybe 6 mo). I'm paying for a climate controlled unit and it is never cooler than 85° (unless it is winter). I'm disabled they offered to have me switch units (which requires me asking my family to help (NOT AN OPTION)). My several thousand dollar saddles are getting mildew all over them and a mattress that I just got out still smells funny due to being in a sauna. I would NOT recommend paying for climate control........ IT IS A JOKE! I HAVE CALL SEVERAL TIMES AND STILL NO CHANGE.

The front desk lady is so nice and helpful. Unfortunately the higher ups love price increases so if your initial price is super cheap just know you’ll be paying around $40 more per month after the first two months.
