This was my first time renting from them and i had not 1 issue with the vehicle of choice. nor did I have a issue getting my deposit back at all. everything went smooth for my short trip thank you.

Had The Car Two months and the transmission went out. Owner is a crook and just want your money. Read the contract carefully! You are signing over your rights to take them to a judge because they are going to sell you a lemon 3000 WASTED!!!! Those cars come with major repairs & they don’t help with towing when the cars break down you have to find a way yo get the car back to then every time it breaks down. Tori is just like Matilda daddy clear the codes off the cars and sell them more than they are worth! Instead of fixing the cars he make Charles clear codes all day ! I am very upset that I had to resign from two jobs because of the car do not finance the red chevy Cruze or any other car. But god will bless me with a new better working car! In two more years this business is done and he won’t sell one car because of his nasty rude attitude and broke down cars .

Customer service is terrible I rented a car from there the check engine light was on I let them know about the vehicle the vehicle cut off and wouldn’t cut on I advise you please do not rent a car from sunrise rental cars

Horrible place to rent from … Rented a gray Nissan rogue from them last week constantly having to get a jump to start the suv to start . This morning the suv would not start for us to return the suv on time . Contacted the employees said it was ok but took 100 dollars off deposit because it was late . Instead of them coming to get the car towed or coming to jump it off for we got penalized for they raggedy suv that’s been having problems that haven’t been fixed yet …

Sunrise Auto is owned and operated by the kindest and some of the most exceptionally professional people in the auto sales business I have had the pleasure to conduct business with in the state of Florida bar none. They have gone above and beyond for me especially while I was in a very tough spot. Anyone that says differently came there expecting a handout, or ridiculous requests or unrealistic expectations for the price. Prices are more than reasonable and they even give free days for prepaying. I'm incredibly grateful to them and do yourself a favor and skip the riff raff and rude folks down the road, go there when you just need a ride that runs, is safe and a value when compared to the ridiculous prices of the big chains. You will not regret it. Thank you Sunrise.

The owner is a spineless coward and he will attempt to steal from you.I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this car rental agency. The first vehicle I was given was not only in poor mechanical condition, with warning lights flashing on the dashboard, but it also reeked of a nauseating combination of cigarettes, body odor, and vomit. I promptly returned it and was given a second car, which was in an even worse state.To make matters worse, when I requested a refund after returning both vehicles unused, the owner refused to return the $300 rental fee, claiming they could only refund the deposit. This seems like a clear attempt to take advantage of customers. I strongly advise against using this agency unless you enjoy wasting money on subpar and unsanitary vehicles.

This is a very sketchy place to say the least. Keeping deposits for no reason. Car engine light was on,gas gauge didn’t work, looked like some pried open the car. The worst experience ever. And the owner would not show his face, because he knew he is a crook. Please stay away from this place. It’s a horrible business and they will take your money. I will forever blast this place for what they did to a friend
