Don't do banking with this bank, I deposit money orders and this bank cashed the money orders the next day.Then put my account on hold / review ,never sent my debit card. They will cause you hard ship the customer service, Sarah Smith was very helpful. And the lady who signed me up. Save your selves don't put your money in this bank.

I recently visited Trust Bank in Gainesville and experienced a disappointing level of customer service from one of their employees. Despite maintaining a polite demeanor, I was met with condescension by a larger Caucasian woman, who seemed displeased that I hadn't emailed ahead regarding a $400 petty cash withdrawal. This encounter left me feeling belittled and disrespected. While I have left a 5-star rating as I don't wish to negatively impact the bank's overall rating, I believe it's important for management to address this issue. I suggest providing anger management training and perhaps considering a role better suited to her strengths. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Teller Inside was rude and short with me when all I did was walk in and ask for help with bonds as I've never done anything with them before. I was the only customer in the bank, and nobody was in the drive-through. We had spoken prior a couple of weeks ago, and she told me to come back on a weekday because they take a long time, so I came back today ( it's Monday). I guess she just doesn't want to deal with them, so I'll be going to a different bank for my business.

If I could I would give 0, terrible attention and incompetence from the banker and manager, due to a typing error they blocked the account opening and withheld the funds for more than a month, not even an apology.

By far the worst banking experience we have ever had. We opened our account 3 weeks ago and was told it would be 5 days for debit card to arrive.. 5 days go by, no card, we go to the bank. They have frozen our account because they needed some sort of ID they didn't get from us. No call, email, or text just a frozen account. Unfreeze account. 5 More days go by, no card. Go to the bank again, to find out the teller didn't push the button on the computer to resend the card... Now, after 18 days we still don't have a debit card and have tried to close our account but cant because we withdrew $250 cash four days ago that is still pending in their system!!! This bank is a joke.
