SeriouslyâŚgoogle needs an option for âno starsâ. This is, hands down, the WORST bank that I have EVER dealt with. Youâll be ignored or, if youâre lucky, youâll have the chance to be met with one of their extremely rude and ill-mannered employees. It comes as absolutely no surprise to me that there are so many other poor reviews of this branch and their lack of âdamage controlâ just goes to show that they truly could not care less with how their customers feel. Recently we went in to withdraw money and was told it wasnât possible because the system was downâŚokay, sure, technical issues happen; theyâre uncontrollable BUT - talking to your customers as though they are garbage is something that IS COMPLETELY within your control.Their lack of empathy is appalling and their lack of professionalism is even worse.Spare yourself. Stay far away from this branch.

Should've read the reviews for this branch before making the appointment.They offer appointments but when you get there you aren't actually given a meeting with anyone as there is no one to take these designated loan appointments. Was told my the branch manager, who was friendly enough, that the banker would "be back in a few minutes." I sat and waited 10 minutes and left. Why?If you offer appointments then it's important to make sure you can hold those appointments. If I'm supposed to trust that I can manage finances with your company then you better be able to prove I can trust you to have simple time management capabilities as time is far more valuable than money. Won't be returning--at least not to this branch.

Ever since Truist bought SunTrust out, overseas call centers and 'support' teams basically ignore you. One even claimed an illegitimate charge dispute was being escalated a 3rd time (after stating that nobody had recorded details for the claim) only for another person a week later to tell me that only 2 escalations were even possible in the system. So if they mess up your claim details, they will lie to you and waste your time. Cool.Anyway are switching to a credit union after this.

Terrible service. Lazy branch leader and unfriendly banker. Only the teller Lizelle was accommodating and friendly. Seems they donât want to be bothered. We went to another bank to do business.

If you want to be ignored - come in to this branch. You can sit in the lobby for over 10 minutes and nobody, including the âbranch leader,â will acknowledge you. Service and customer care must not be part of the daily interaction for the Truist team members at this office.

This bank is terrible, went to open up 3 business accounts on a Wednesday and the manager was "out". I called on Monday and no one answered the phone so I went down there only to find out the manager was "unavailable" and sent me to the Haile Plantation branch to make an appointment and told I would be called to make sure all my paperwork was in hand. No one called, so unprofessional. They also told me it would take 3 hours! Insane! I went with Chase instead

Slow service, won't permit in door visits w/ out appt, send you to drive thru and say people inside with appt ahead and make you wait 20 mins in drive thru.

On three occasions I have been disappointed with the same employee at this bank. On the first occasion, I came in for help regarding questions about an account. She was uninterested in telling me my options and just wanted me to reopen another account. Months later, I made a larger than usual deposit to my account and the same woman called me on the phone. Now she was very interested in talking to me and asking me what I was going to do with MY money (none of your business). I decided to move to another bank so today I went to withdraw my funds. At first, I spoke to a different woman, but then that same lady came over to tell me my signature couldnât be verified so they are trying to figure out how to prove I am who I am. Even though she was holding my license with my signature on it and my debit card. After waiting for an hour, I finally got my money. She thanked me for being patient, but at that point I was very frustrated with all of the times Iâve come to get help and left angry. Iâm very happy that I switched banks and never have to go to that location again.

I don't know this location has low ratings - they ALWAYS work with me. Banking processes are already so confusing to me, and it seems like I do it incorrectly each time no matter what. SunTrust is prepared for people like me - they take it out of my hands, explain it for the 19 billionth time, and then do it for me with a smile. This aspect of their service makes me feel like I should tip or something, but it's totally free with zero attitude. I've banked at FCU and BoA. SunTrust beats 'em both. Go here.
