One of the best places to get a new phone! Extremely helpful and made sure I understood everything about my phone and service before I walked out there door. They even offer Nest Home Security now! Go Team Pink!!!

Mariella(manager) ,Chelsey and Jose...were working yesterday @T-Mobile on nw 13th street. I came in in a panick because my cellphone(prepaid) was unable to make calls or receive/send text. The phone was perfectly fine hours prior....and I had already tried EVERYTHING I thought might be the problem. These ladies (Jose was working on another project with a display) were able to fix the issue in a few minutes. They were knowledgeable,courteous and professional. I was not charged a single penny and was not pressured to upgrade or purchase more accessories and had an overall great experience. Needless to say the issue was something I would have never figured out on my own had I not stopped in. I would have been changing every setting in my phone,probably further exasperating the problem.Thank you Mariella and Chelsey!!P. S. Mariella knew exactly what the issue was and Chelsey followed her instructions to get my phone back to functionality!!

Avoid at all cost. They are very deceptive, and tell you things are 'FREE' then you have to PAY FOR THEM. The manager told me we would get a free tablet with the phone we just purchased, then one of the workers said it would be $20 a month! They told my wife when she bought her phone that you get free accessories, Well guess what... We paid for them.
Not only that I went into the store and was mistreated and ignored. Would have put 0 stars if I could. This is the 2nd time I have been mistreated at this store. I do not recommend going here unless you want to get scammed and lied too.

My husband was interested in a new phone plan. Kyle was the customer service rep. who explained the plan, helped my husband find the right phone, and showed him how to use the phone. Did I mention that while he was doing all of that the store had officially closed for the day. Both Kyle and Mariella , the store manager, were patient, helpful, and concerned that my husband would be comfortable using the new phone before he left the store. Great customer service!

Your better off at the Archer store. Most of the employees were fumbling around to answer simple questions. Don’t really know what they’re doing but they did it with upmost respect and good customer service.
