“Friendly, down to earth, honest, and fast. If you live in Gainesville and want a new battery, screen, or advice on what to do or where to go with a broken device this is my first choice. For example: $50 to transfer data off a inoperable device onto a new one is a steal! I could not have done it without them.”

“We switched from Verizon, we've had for 20 years. Today we switched to Boost Mobil. Our Representatives, Dalton and Michael, came to us, and made the switch right at our dining room table! They walked us right through the process. Our numbers stayed the same, and our monthly bill was decreased by $83. One payment to Verizon equals 3 payments to Boost! It's a no brainer!! Go ahead and make the change. You'll be glad you did! Thank you Dalton and Michael.”

“Five stars all the way! Anthony provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. The store is clean, bright, and welcoming, which made for a great overall experience. It’s also clear that T-Mobile values its employees. Anthony spoke highly of the company and shared how T-Mobile supports both his career goals and educational pursuits, including assistance with earning his degree. I can’t say enough good things about Anthony or my experience at this store. The only reason I didn’t purchase more was that the store was out of some of the accessories I needed, so I wasn’t able to take advantage of the 25% off promotion when purchasing three accessory items. My only suggestion would be to stock a wider selection of accessories. If you’re looking for a seamless phone purchase and transfer experience, visit this T-Mobile location and ask for Anthony. Highly recommended!”

“Wowee! If you need help with your phone or your account or, really, anything, hurry down to see ELIJAH at your friendly Cricket retail store on 13th street in Gainesville (basically the corner of 13th and University)! He is polite, knowledgeable and very smart. Come over and check him out. Bottom line? Excellent service even with a tricky problem solved!”

“Cell Xchange expertly fixed my Moto Z3 in less time for less money than other shops. (Some repair shops quoted me higher cost with nearly a week delay to obtain the parts.) Zach and Abby were both exceptionally helpful, friendly, patient, and capable. I'm glad to have found my cell repair shop (although of course I hope I won't be needing them again anytime soon - lol). I will definitely be recommending their services to friends and family.”

“My experience today was very good. I made my purchase by pickup and although I have no complaints regarding the products purchased, however I had to wait a bit for the products to be brought to my car and all the spots were busy. But however I will buy by pickup again.”

“I would like to commend Jelisa at Cricket Wireless, here in butler plaza. I came in with a frustrating issue regarding my phone, and she didn't rush me, or make me feel like she didn't want to help me, instead she took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my options in detail, and help me solve the problem. Her patience, kindness, and professionalism went through the roof! Far beyond any experience have ever had. Employees like her make me want to stay loyal to Cricket Wireless. If I could give 10 stars I would.”

“I made a run to Target for some essentials while I found myself in an unexpected extended stay with my husband at UF Shands hospital. As always, Target keeps good quality products in stock and I found pretty much everything I needed. I do think Target has raised their prices a little more than WalMart for like items but the service I receive at Target almost always beats a WalMart experience. They did have some empty spots on the shelves but who doesn't lately? For this store the advice I have is to take the time to clean up things - just because you don't have completely full shelves doesn't mean you can turn a blind eye. Keep the shelves squared up and the aisles cleared and it doesn't "feel" like you're missing anything. Checking out was smooth and the cashier was very friendly and efficient.”

“I love this Walgreens !!! I was out of a very important medication due to my doctor’s mistake. Johanna went out of her way and above and beyond to get my medication filled for me during a weekend. I can’t thank all of the staff at this location enough. I had considered switching to another pharmacy but after the service at this Walgreens I will never go anywhere else.”

“I was in a near panic state. My modem had frozen and I was unable to finish a major project I was working on. I called Verizon and spoke with Matthew, the manager. He was immediately helpful. He reviewed my account and informed me of my next steps. I decided to go in the next day to pick up the modem. Matthew set up an appointment for me and told me he wouldn't be in when I arrived, but Edgar would take care of me. When I arrived Edgar was waiting for me. He knew what the problem was and immediately started to work. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. After I purchased the new modem Edgar set it up and connected both of my laptops. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to be supported by these two gentlemen. They made my life so much easier. Thank you Matthew and Edgar.”
