“I brought two iphones in for screen replacements. One of the phones had a screen replacement elsewhere and I was having a lot of trouble with "ghost touching." I don't believe anyone in Gainesville has better pricing than these folks. The quality of the screens appears to be excellent. Turnaround was super fast: both phones were done in an hour and half (and if the person in line ahead of me hadn't been getting a screen replacement as well, they would have had them done in less than hour!). Very happy with this experience.”

I'm glad to have found my cell repair shop (although of course I hope I won't be needing them again anytime soon - lol). I will definitely be recommending their services to friends and family.”

“I made a run to Target for some essentials while I found myself in an unexpected extended stay with my husband at UF Shands hospital. As always, Target keeps good quality products in stock and I found pretty much everything I needed. I do think Target has raised their prices a little more than WalMart for like items but the service I receive at Target almost always beats a WalMart experience. They did have some empty spots on the shelves but who doesn't lately? For this store the advice I have is to take the time to clean up things - just because you don't have completely full shelves doesn't mean you can turn a blind eye. Keep the shelves squared up and the aisles cleared and it doesn't "feel" like you're missing anything. Checking out was smooth and the cashier was very friendly and efficient.”

“Eric took really great care of me when I bought my S24 Ultra. While taking care of all my needs, he also made sure that everyone who walked into the store was taken care of as well. He is a veritable expert on these phones. He took great care in making sure I was getting the phone I really wanted and in applying my screen shield. He helped me understand what my billing would be. He was caring and friendly throughout my visit. I hope he's there again in 3 to 4 years when I go back for my next new phone.”
