“I brought two iphones in for screen replacements. One of the phones had a screen replacement elsewhere and I was having a lot of trouble with "ghost touching." I don't believe anyone in Gainesville has better pricing than these folks. The quality of the screens appears to be excellent. Turnaround was super fast: both phones were done in an hour and half (and if the person in line ahead of me hadn't been getting a screen replacement as well, they would have had them done in less than hour!). Very happy with this experience.”
“I was out by the Archer Rd. store and decided to stop by the AT&T store. I walked to the AT&T door and was immediately greeted by Andre Greaves. “Last Monday we went to the T-Mobile store in the Oaks Mall. Liz help us. We had a particular problem with my iphone. Liz explained to us the possible reason for the problem, and suggested several solutions, including buying a new Samsung iphone. After we went back home, we explored all her suggestions. Eventually we were convinced. The on Thursday that week, we went to the store again. At time Liz was helping another customer. She nodded to us. After she finished helping that customer, she came to us. We agreed to her suggestion of buying a new iphone. She then assisted us with patience and installed for us several things we requested. We were very satisfactory. Liz is very friendly and professional. but more than that, she is such a kind and compassional person who is willingv to chat and share with you. “Cell Xchange expertly fixed my Moto Z3 in less time for less money than other shops. (Some repair shops quoted me higher cost with nearly a week delay to obtain the parts.) Zach and Abby were both exceptionally helpful, friendly, patient, and capable. I'm glad to have found my cell repair shop (although of course I hope I won't be needing them again anytime soon - lol). “Some of the commenters RACISM is being shown... not the best Walmart but it's public shopping what do you expect. As far as crowd and ease of checking out I would prefer this Walmart over Archer Rd or the one on NW 23rd. Not as many people and wider aisles. I get an anxiety attack going into the other Walmarts. One con: the prices are a bit higher here especially with household and furniture products in comparison to Archer rd Walmart. Giving gentrification but then again so is the majority of Gainesville”

“I made a run to Target for some essentials while I found myself in an unexpected extended stay with my husband at UF Shands hospital. As always, Target keeps good quality products in stock and I found pretty much everything I needed. I do think Target has raised their prices a little more than WalMart for like items but the service I receive at Target almost always beats a WalMart experience. They did have some empty spots on the shelves but who doesn't lately? For this store the advice I have is to take the time to clean up things - just because you don't have completely full shelves doesn't mean you can turn a blind eye. Keep the shelves squared up and the aisles cleared and it doesn't "feel" like you're missing anything. Checking out was smooth and the cashier was very friendly and efficient.”

“I was assisted by a team member named Liz who I want to acknowledge as she went above and beyond to help me! I was a Sprint customer who had an old plan that was Grandfathered in. I needed to up grade my phone. Liz helped me select a great new phone and then helped my husband and I select a new plan. She then transferred all my data from my I -11 to my new I-15 Pro. This process took approximately 3 hours to complete and Liz even worked past the end of her shift to help us. I am SO grateful for her and was disappointed the survey T mobile sent did not have a place to acknowledge her service there. I hope her Boss sees this and knows what a great employee she is!”

Sebastian was wonderful, and helped me choose a phone that was right for me within my budget.
