Anthony provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. The store is clean, bright, and welcoming, which made for a great overall experience. It’s also clear that T-Mobile values its employees. Anthony spoke highly of the company and shared how T-Mobile supports both his career goals and educational pursuits, including assistance with earning his degree.
I can’t say enough good things about Anthony or my experience at this store. The only reason I didn’t purchase more was that the store was out of some of the accessories I needed, so I wasn’t able to take advantage of the 25% off promotion when purchasing three accessory items. My only suggestion would be to stock a wider selection of accessories.
If you’re looking for a seamless phone purchase and transfer experience, visit this T-Mobile location and ask for Anthony. Highly recommended!”

“We switched from Verizon, we've had for 20 years. Today we switched to Boost Mobil. Our Representatives, Dalton and Michael, came to us, and made the switch right at our dining room table! They walked us right through the process. Our numbers stayed the same, and our monthly bill was decreased by $83. One payment to Verizon equals 3 payments to Boost! It's a no brainer!! Go ahead and make the change. You'll be glad you did! Thank you Dalton and Michael.”

“I was in a near panic state. My modem had frozen and I was unable to finish a major project I was working on. I called Verizon and spoke with Matthew, the manager. He was immediately helpful. He reviewed my account and informed me of my next steps. I decided to go in the next day to pick up the modem. Matthew set up an appointment for me and told me he wouldn't be in when I arrived, but Edgar would take care of me. When I arrived Edgar was waiting for me. He knew what the problem was and immediately started to work. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. After I purchased the new modem Edgar set it up and connected both of my laptops. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to be supported by these two gentlemen. They made my life so much easier. Thank you Matthew and Edgar.”
