I subscribed to the T-Mobile service one month ago in the same branch. The staff was unable to connect the autopay at the time of connection. I tried to do it online, and that didn't work either. I came to the same branch for the second time. I was told that auto payment was connected. A month later, I received a message from T Mobile to pay for the service; otherwise, it would be disconnected. I came for the third time to payand faced a rude attitude from the branch supervisor/manager - James, when I asked him to help me pay for the mobile service. Then I was placed in the long wait for almost 30 minutes while he stayed and watched around.

Ever since T-mobile took over, I have 1/2 bar 95% of the time.Hate this!! I pay good money for this service!

People are nice but T-Mobile has gotten too complex with their offerings and their specials and it is taking an hour to do something that should take 5 minutes. There's a significant difference in knowledge between one worker and another where one tells you something that actually solves it in the other one tries forever to solve it and can do it until they they can help. The store Lucas dated. However I cannot say enough and the only reason they have three stars is because the staff members even though they had different abilities they all try really hard to help you and to give excellent customer service. Although it took around an hour to fix everything, they did a good job by getting me important specials. So the staff makes the experience tolerable and even pleasurable because they're so nice.

Last Monday we went to the T-Mobile store in the Oaks Mall. Liz help us. We had a particular problem with my iphone. Liz explained to us the possible reason for the problem, and suggested several solutions, including buying a new Samsung iphone. After we went back home, we explored all her suggestions. Eventually we were convinced. The on Thursday that week, we went to the store again. At time Liz was helping another customer. She nodded to us. After she finished helping that customer, she came to us. We agreed to her suggestion of buying a new iphone. She then assisted us with patience and installed for us several things we requested. We were very satisfactory. Liz is very friendly and professional. but more than that, she is such a kind and compassional person who is willingv to chat and share with you. I highly recommend her to any customer. A great girl and beautiful mind!

Home Internet isn't good. Waste of $55! Me: Internet isn't working.Agent: Oh it's Construction/ update in your area.I have experience this More than once.. it's obvious T MOBILE HAS POOR INTERNET. Rep ask to upgrade with cell phone as well. HELL NO!!! Your Wi-Fi is a past!!! This is a horrible phone company. Hate that you all work for such a weaker company. Big bosses pocketing the cash... Lol

I stopped in to get an Apple Watch today and they didn’t have what I wanted but the manager took the time to see if a nearby store had one and they did. He was able to get one brought over while we were shopping for other things in the mall. I appreciate the effort 100%, his communication and efforts were great! Thank You!

Went here and got ripped off. Eff this place. Literally got everything I DID NOT ask for. What a scam artist the sales rep was. Literally got charged for things I specifically said I did not want!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION GUYS!!!!

We signed up for Tmobile high speed internet through Ever A. He explained everything clearly and in great detail. A gateway unit arrived and even with tech support it would not connect and the unit was hot to the touch. We sent it back and a replacement was shipped to us.The replacement was missing the power cord and the unit was filthy.Because we wanted a new gateway and not a used or refurbished one agent Ben Davis instructed us to go to a Tmobile store get a 2nd generation Gateway and return the other.At the store Robert (id 3215692) was very helpful. He got the unit for us, plugged it in and checked for updates before we left the store.One at home we contacted tech support because the unit would not communicate with our smart tv. Attila was able to determine the SIM card needed to be activated and the gateway reset.Once done everything worked as promised.These were not the only individuals we worked with but, they were the ones who didn't hang up on us, fail to call us back, or give up trying to find a solution.Thank you, Ever, Ben, Robert and Attila.
