I looked all over the store and was in there for over an hour. Not once did I ever see an employee. Not even up at the checkout line. I guess everything's gone automated and since targets already sold it sold to the devil, why not erase humanity as well?

Get an e mail alerting me my Target rewards were expiring. I went to the store, punched in my phone number to get rewards and when I later checked receipt discovered the accumulated rewards had not been applied. Well, upon careful reading of the e mail, I discovered you have to download their app and place the rewards in a wallet. REALLY?? I ferl duped.

All in all the store was clean, organized, and well stocked. However, the smartwatch/fitness tracker area was run-down-looking.

Store needs updated for items and definitely needs to put items together on isles instead of same type of goods split in different sections and isles

This target is ok and the ONLY one in Gainesville . Definitely a lot better than Walmart.
Watch your prices on check out - as they are often times incorrect - just let them know and they will change them. But they will not fix the problem - so expect to tell them once you like a product that you repeat buy.
They used to be a lot better - with the smell of popcorn. That’s all gone. They are very busy now and there is quite a lot of traffic from 5-7pm.
The food and produce section is worth buying from. The target brand organic pasta sauce is noteworthy.
The bathrooms are decently clean.
There is a Starbucks with some seating.
They also have a CVS pharmacy.

This Target is always missing something that is listed as in stock on the website, and cannot follow delivery instructions, why even ask on the website if you don't follow them. My package was missing when I got home as it was left in the open, that is $100 dollars wasted.

The ONLY target in Gainesville pretty sad. I thought our town was sad. Nonetheless it's nice and small for a well known college city.

I almost exclusively shop online for drive-up pickup and the employees are always so kind and pleasant. In several instances they’ve noticed something damaged (eggs) and made the swap before sending me on my way. It’s hard working retail but these individuals perform with integrity and professionalism that is very refreshing. Great job guys!
