I use the pickup service all the time and have only had a few issues with some products missing but each time Target has refunded me. The service is quick if you do drive up and if you go inside the check out lines move pretty quickly. I've also had to return a few items and never had an issue at customer service.

It’s always a great shopping experience going in to Target. The store is well stocked, clean and organized. Their employees are polite and helpful.

Every time I go to Target I go at 8 am. This way, the clothes are not all over the floor like a tornado went through it, and i can actually have a decent time looking through the clothes. Also, it's not too busy at this time of day.

Besides the fact that it took 20 minutes for me to find someone to help me, once I finally did the worker told me she would go get my product from the back and that she would be back in a minute. I waited for over 40 minutes and she never came back. I don't know what she was doing but she had an attitude when I talked to her to begin with. I want to say her name was Brianna or something similar to that. She is terrible.

Love shopping online during off hours and being able to pick up items while running other errands. The experience was great, from ordering to using the app to let Target know I was headed there and then when I arrived. The employee brought the order out and put it in my car, he was very pleasant and efficient. Great overall experience!

I have a heart condition that makes me feint. The return desk person who helped me was Ali. The Supervisor was Bri and the Starbucks employee who saved me with the salt water was Angel. (Of course thats his name, he is one.) As soon as I walked in the doors I started to feint and I was alone. I was here just doing a return and I told an employee (Ali) what was happening and she immediately helped me to a mobility scooter in a private area, paged her supervisor (Bri) and got my boyfriends number for an emergency contact. Angel got me salt and water and checked on me constantly and they stayed nearby monitoring me. Angel was also coming to check on me often and give me more salt water as needed to keep me concious. If I had fallen, I could have seriously hurt myself and they fully prevented that until my boyfriend came with my medicine. I cannot thank them enough. Walmart would never lol I'd give 10 stars if I could. They are my heros for sure.

The clerk refused to even check the correct price for a doll that my granddaughter was buying. The price was clearly marked on the shelf. She threw it into a bin under her cash register. Then forgot to give my granddaughter her change. She was very rude to me as I checked out right behind my granddaughter

This target had a standard selection of their typical products. It was surprising to see such a limited inventory of University of Florida merchandise and attire being so close to the university.

Went to Target and was surprised by the clearance deals in the girls section. Nightgowns for $3 …can’t beat that deal. And a cute TMNT wallet in the boy section. A fly Helly Kitty tee also. Also the cashier was friendly and funny.

I normally love target, but I had a really bad experience today. I sent my son in to exchange some clothes. They said they no longer do exchanges. So, he had to come out and get me from the car, because they needed more money. So, they made me pay more money, because we lose the discount using their gift card. Paying more for the same thing is so counterintuitive. She made attempt to fix it. She just said it was already returned. Really disappointed. Normally, service is the best part of Target.

This review is mostly regarding their pick up and exchange service. It really needs improvement. Staff are incredibly lazy and constantly choose defective/damaged items to give customers who place orders online. Wait times are already long and for customers to have to wait even longer to exchange bad items is ridiculous. Shop at target if you are one doing the shopping, but don’t use their online order pick up service.

I went there just once. I was looking for a USB-A to USB-B header (without cable). I searched Walmart, BestBuy, HomeDepot but couldn't find the exact thing I was looking for. Came here, asked a staff, and he just took me to the right aisle. Great service!

This target needs a major update. I went in to get some gator shirts and was blown away they had almost no inventory. It's a college town and I figured target would have a nice selection since I had to run in and get a few items for the ride home. It;s just some advice to this target maybe get some more college gear. I was shocked to have to have left Gainesville without a UF shirt!
