The representative who picked up my phone this morning was super super rude from TC Medical Supply LLC. She first shouted "hold on" many times when I just started talking in such a loud and crazy way, then after she was back, she was so rude, impatient, and unprofessional in her conversation, that after she told me they contacted me multiple times and could not got through the phone, they voided the order. I tried to explain to her that I did not receive the call, but she just shouted and yelled at me and hung up the phone! Cannot imagine TC Medical Supply LLC will hire such a person to represent them on the phone.
