Our River house flooded with the hurricane and we had Best Restoration and Floor Care pressure wash our home from top to bottom and they did an outstanding job. They did a bunch of decks ,boathouse , docks driveways and fencing and our roof all looked outstanding once they finished. They also did a detailed cleaning of our downstairs which needed decontamination do to the flooding. They did an outstanding job and were a pleasure to work with. Our job was a very large project and they were able to complete it in a timely manner to our total satisfaction. Thanks for the great work!

Carlos and his team were phenomenal! Came within the designated time block, were incredibly kind and professional. Very quick an efficient. I had a couch that had been sat on countless times by my pups and in turn a ton of hair and dog oil had went into the couch. My main concern was the hair and odor and they did an amazing job of getting the odor out and the hair out. Will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend! Thanks again!

A neighbor recommended this place to have my wool tufted rug professionally cleaned. They did an amazing job especially with the various pet urine stains.I was so impressed when I unrolled it on my floor. It looked like it was new from the factory. I chose to have the Gold package and do not regret paying $$$ for it!I highly recommend this place for any rug cleaning.A bonus: if you bring and pick up your own rug you get a 20% discount.????

Daniel and Jorge were the best team we could ask for to take care of the mold remediation for our house. Throughout the entire process, Daniel and Jorge were prompt, professional, and demonstrated exquisite meticulousness, care, and respect. Daniel kept us updated daily, and was very responsive in answering all our questions. Much appreciation for Daniel and Jorge for helping us through a stressful situation, and making our home safe and clean from mold.

Saw their ad on internet, Called and they were really nice gave optimism Had two expensive area rugs needed cleaning. The pick up and delivery were all on schedule. Rugs were clean and look great. Nice job would use again

Best Restoration were life savers. Roger showed up the same day that I noticed water damage in my garage and bathroom. There was great communication with Dan. The team was very efficient, thorough and did quality work. They went above and beyond and even showed up on weekends to help get the work done! Dan was very patient and spent a lot of time helping me figure out the best way to complete some mold remediation within my budget. The work was scheduled immediately, and we were able to leave town while it was being done. Roger kept us informed of their progress by text, and when we got home, all the work was completed as promised -- and more. When they found mold in an additional closet, they cleaned and treated it at no extra charge.Everyone I encountered at Best Restoration was friendly and professional! As a realtor, I plan to recommend them to anyone who needs the kinds of services they provide!

Absolutely Amazing! We had a drain clog and needed help immediately with water flowing! We reached out to several vendors and they were the only ones that knew what an emergency call meant. They had someone out here immediately only delay was they were located in Gainesville and we were in Ocala. My apartment complex called them out to resolve an odor issue with my carpets (the last tenants must have had a very poorly trained dog) that was present when I moved in but increased in the summer when the temperature and humidity rose. I’ve worked with other services in the past moving between apartments but this was the best I’d ever come across. Augustine does an outstanding, very customer caring service. All pet stains are removed and full cleaning that I thought would not come out.
