The Repurpose Project is a non-profit junk shop and thrift store with a mission to divert useful resources from the landfill. It focuses on salvaging items overlooked by traditional thrift stores, redirecting them to the public for art, education, and creativity. It is a sort of “no kill” thrift store, perfect for a treasure hunt. The place is amazing, especially for teachers, artsy people, and those looking for art project supplies or building materials. It has everything: paper, fabric, tools, electronics supplies, lumber, sinks, windows, cabinet hardware, wood furniture, vintage light fixture globes, and everything in between. Shoppers can find junk vinyl records, laserdiscs, and many good finds at incredibly affordable prices, often cheaper than normal. It is organized and shows the creative effort put in by the staff. While resellers might not find valuable collectibles, the store is full of local charm. It encourages everyone to buy used, which is good for the planet, and helps rethink what we throw away. It is a fun place to look at everything, with many visitors planning to return again and again.
Literally, I could get lost in here for the entire day. They have literally EVERYTHING. Hard to find specific things. But found many treasures. Great prices on plywood.

This place is definitely not what I was expecting but turned out to be the most amazing little spot! We were so impressed by how organized it was right down to the pencils & bottle caps. The time & effort the staff has put in to making it the most creative little place. We will definitely be back!
