Sleep Center has been absolutely outstanding! Brent and Anthony were extremely helpful. From the moment we walked in, I could tell they genuinely cared about what I was looking for. I never felt pressured to purchase as I did at other mattress stores. It was such a pleasant experience. I bought a mattress and adjustable base from them and now we are in the process of purchasing a second mattress and base from them because of their great customer service. Every question I had, they answered promptly through email. The delivery and installation was so quick. I was told about 2 weeks since my mattress was not in stock and I received it in less than 7 days. I highly recommend Sleep Center!

I’ve just purchased my 3rd bed from Anthony Lopez at the Sleep Center. I came to him the first time six or seven years ago and still love the beds he helped me pick out so when I needed another new guest bed, I came back to him. He’s easy-going, super knowledgeable and will help you find the best bed that fits your needs. His main location is the sw 35th blvd. store.

We made 2 purchases last year for our spare rooms which have been great beds, and now we returned for our king Tempurpedic. We returned because of the excellent customer service (and knowledge) with Anthony (the original Anthony but A#2 was great as well!). We appreciated his knowledge, time, no pressure and friendliness! Delivery was today by Kevin and Josh, who were also professional, friendly and very helpful! Thank you to all of you. I will followup in a few months with a mattress/sleep report.

This is the second Stearns and Foster I have purchased from The Sleep Center in Six years. My wife and I upgraded from a Queen to a King! Both salesmen were named Anthony and one of them sold us our first mattress. As we wanted the exact same mattress in a King, they were able to find our records and tell us what we had bought previously. They even threw in pillows and sheets for the King! We would highly recommend The Sleep Center on Archer Rd! And buying local is a plus! Thank you!

Wow I cannot believe this place has such high ratings with staff as rude as I have experienced first thing this morning a guy with long hair and a beard just could not be bothered with me I guess because I got there when they opened he felt like I was rushing him and had a horrible attitude

Needed to purchase a mattress for our retirement home in Newberry. Found the store to be remarkably clean and organized. Worked with Anthony Lopez an engaging young man who we found incredibly easy to work with. He was informative but never pushy, and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Purchased a king size Sealy Posturpedic mattress. Would highly recommend this store and Anthony to anyone in need of a mattress.

Genuinely the best mattress store in Gainesville, by far. We went to other mattress stores, and they were predatory and trying to sell us the most expensive mattress we could. As college students, we don't have a huge budget for a mattress, and this store sold as an incredibly comfortable mattress for a fantastic price. On top of that, the customer service was impeccable. We spoke to the owner Brent, and you can tell he really cares about what he does. He was able to deliver a mattress to our apartment the very same day of going into the shop (within a couple of hours). We are over the moon happy about this new mattress, and if you are in the market for one, I urge you to go to The Sleep Center. Thank you everyone, and Brent!!

Best mattress store ever!!! I’m stoked! The delivery drivers just drove away not 5 mins ago, & I’ve never been happier with a mattress store in my life.They had an amazing bed on sale (the Sealy Posturpedic -Plus Determination II Ultra Firm” bed).I have 3 herniated & slipped discs & 2 annular cracks in my spine (from a bad car wreck where I was plowed into on my driver’s side at 40mph). & I have had such a terrible time searching for a new mattress. I went to Morrell’s in Gainesville for their going-out-of-business sale, but couldn’t find anything affordable. So, I had to get a floor model for $300 (half off), but it was a memory foam mattress, & if you know anything about memory foam beds with no coils, it is that they wear out within 10-12 months (or less!).I had the worse time sleeping from December ‘21-February ‘22 that I never want to go through that nightmare again! I couldn’t afford anything until mid January, & the mattress I got from Morrell’s helped me for a month, before it started getting too soft. & I had bought a mattress from Ashley’s , but it wasn’t firm enough,, so I had to go through their nightmare of a process of returning it (donating it to get a refund-takes 7 weeks to get refund-nightmare! I do not recommend Ashely’s Home store ever!! Terrible!)But then, I found “Sleep Center”! I have to go to the chiropractor every 2 weeks religiously for years, & he told me to try “Sleep Center”. He said they were the best in Gainesville, & he was right!He wrote me an Rx letter prescribing a good bed, so I could get the taxes omitted. I was scared they wouldn’t accept it if the bed was on sale (bc Morrell’s didnt), but they did!& I’m on a tight budget, so it really helped!My Sealy bed was $1299, usually $2200+.AND Sleep Center gave me a FREE foundation!! I told them Morell’s sold me one that was missing a piece, with only 3 sides, so he gave me a $250 foundation no charge! How nice is that!!! I’m STOKED with them! They’re AMAZING!!& then, on top of that, they drove my bed out to me in the country (in Graham/Hampton, near Waldo, way out in the woods) for FREE!! & they picked up my old mattress & foundation!Im a Sleep Center customer for LIFE!! Never been happier.If you’re in the market for a new bed, give them a try! Seriously!! & if you need a firm bed, bc you have a bad neck &/or back, like me, try this bed out! It’s actually firm, with some padding. Never been happier! (& I have 30 days to return it for something better if I don’t like it, & I would just pay the difference in price.) too cool!All around 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I’d give them 6, if I could!!& no high pressure sales tactics, like the other stores! Honestly, the BEST around!!(I went to the one on NW 39th, but I’m sure they’re all amazing! & I’m trying to get the word out! Had I seen a review like this, I could’ve saved myself a lot of trouble & pain.)

They’re AMAZING!! & then, on top of that, they drove my bed out to me in the country (in Graham/Hampton, near Waldo, way out in the woods) for FREE!! & they picked up my old mattress & foundation! Im a Sleep Center customer for LIFE!! Never been happier. If you’re in the market for a new bed, give them a try! Seriously!! & if you need a firm bed, bc you have a bad neck &/or back, like me, try this bed out! It’s actually firm, with some padding. Never been happier! Ok, so I started out unimpressed with the functionality of their website. After receiving a reply to my original review here on Google, I decided I would still stop in and see what they had to offer. I'm glad I did. Not only was the manager of the store Will extremely helpful and easy to work with, but the prices were the best around. I would definitely recommend this store and start my mattress searches here from now on. Ask for Will!

Nice staff, huge selection. Keep in mind if you buy a bed in a box here it may not have the same warranty that you get if you buy it directly from the manufacturer.
