I was very pleased with the special service and attention from the team at Tower Hill Storage. They gave me a tour to see my unit, it was clean and climate controlled as stated. The facility in general was well maintained. Their discount and terms were very agreeable. My wife and I had very bad experiences with a storage place across town. Tower Hill is a breath of fresh air- honest decent people who care.

My experience at this place was amazing. Literally top-notch the people there are very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate their help in helping me being able to put my stuff in a storage. Very convenient for me and close to my mom’s home. Highly recommended!

Checked out 3 other name brand storage units around GNV before landing on this one- the cost was about a third of the others and had a very smooth reservation and move-in. 0 pressure to buy add-ons or insurance, and no hidden fees. If I need a storage unit again, I’m calling here first.

This was my first experience with storage facilities and I cannot complain. Staff was extremely hospitable and kind. Units were clean, air conditioned, and spacious. The whole process was simple and easy. Town Hill truly saved my life during the weeks between my leases!
