“A local repair shop called Max's to tow my car back to them. Duane/Dwayne could have just hooked up my car and taken it, but instead he said, "let me try a few things real quick". Turns out, he knew exactly what to do! He spent about 20 minutes in the blazing heat and got my car running. I cannot recommend them more highly.”

“In August my truck broke down right on SR 20 across from the Recycling Collection Center off SR 331. I called AAA and Preston from Gainesville Towing Service called me to let me know he was on his way. He towed my truck on a flat bed to my daughter's. Preston was very professional, courteous and efficient. He turned a bad situation to a good one. It gives me a peace of mind to know I can count with him in the future may the need arise.”

“Bohannon’s 1 Stop is exactly what you’d expect from a small tire shop run by down-to-earth country guys. Stopped in while I was in Gainesville and they were just plain friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. No big sales pitch, no rushing you through — just that old-school Southern kind of service where they treat you like a neighbor instead of just another customer. Hard to find that these days. If you want good folks to deal with and honest work, this is the place.”
“My partner and I drove a big uhaul truck with a towed car for the first time from Orlando. When we passed Gainesville, we got stuck in a small alley. It was on Sunday morning. We called multiple tow companies. We got ghosted by one company. We waited for 3 hours, and no one showed up.
My partner found Moffo on Google. The owner was prompt to respond to our call and quickly helped us revert the uhaul. Without him, we probably wouldn't make it to our destination. If you want a reliable service, I highly, highly recommended Moffo's Towing & Recovery.”

Daniel stayed in the line for 10 minutes still answering my questions to the best of his ability. I appreciate the level of customer service received. I know that reviews reflect people’s emotions.
