Arrived on time and ( due to my car being lowered) was extremely acceptable to change of plans ( needing a roll-back instead of the traditional tow truck). He expedited the switch of trucks in a timely manner and communicated his ETA the entire time. The dispatch manager also called me to express his empathy for my situation and reassured me of the next steps to get me and my beloved Cobra home safe. “I am a resident at an apartment complex serviced by Ultimate Towing. The employees are very kind and understanding. It's easy to be frustrated at the situation because getting towed sucks, but they're just doing they're job to keep the spaces open on the streets for the residents. If it weren't for them I wouldn't have a regular place to park for where I live, which we can all understand would be rather frustrating. To avoid being towed, simply look for signs and only park in non-towing areas. Don't hate the player, hate the game (:”

“Had a worst case scenario happen last night. 8pm on Saturday headed north on I-75, loaded with delicate cargo, my truck's running lights, marker lights, and dashboard lights all went dark. After checking fuses, breakers, battery terminals and connections I knew I needed professional assistance. Matt was the third call I made after the two previous companies sounded less than promising about being able to come out to diagnose and fix my electrical issue. From the moment Matt picked up the phone he was polite, concise, knowledgeable, confident, and honest. But then... He lived up to everything he said he would and could do. He was out at my truck in just over an hour, was able to trace the problem down and fix the issue. My truck was back on the road in under 3 hours from the time I called. This has been my only experience with him, but I feel it's a safe bet to call Matt if you're in need of a truck mechanic in North Central Florida area.”
