We had a hitch installed. The part came in on time, we were told it could take 2 hours to install, but he was finished in 30 minutes! The store & waiting area were also very clean. TJ was super nice & courteous.

This location was a complete ray of sunshine compared to my Fort Myers (see profile for that review) visit.
Brooke was friendly and engaging and made sure that I got out of there quickly.

Becca, who helped facilitate our U-Box drop off and pickup was AMAZING. She was so patient and experienced with the process. When we encountered issues with one of the boxes or almost forgot to put locks on them during pickup, she was so kind and helpful and kept the already high stress of a cross county move at minimum.

Tried getting propane and woman behind the counter with one other employee sitting beside her said it’s to cold for her to go outside and fill my tanks, it’s no wander why they have propane and every other place is out poor customer service.

Highly unprofessional. I returned a one-way rental. The person behind the counter was dressed in gym clothes and seemed angry to open on time. Forget showing professional courtesy. They proceeded to add any feasible charge they could. I have traveled coast to coast and overseas as well. This place obviously has no major competition to motivate them to a better standard

I had the pleasure of working with Parker. Parker took great care of me the morning of me picking up the Rental. Excellent Customer Service and attention to detail with making sure I get had everything. He went through the rental process and advised me of any addition information I needed to know. I would recommend others to this location

While they were hooking me up, they realized my lights were not working for the trailer. They helped to diagnose the issue, went and got the part, installed it, and fixed the issue. They only charged me for the part. They were so amazing, I could not have figured it out on my own. I am so glad I rented from U-Haul, the service was amazing.

TJ, Tia, Eliana, all great staff members! Helpful, friendly, understanding, very accommodating! Honest, reliable, and caring! Great to work with you guys. Been using uhaul for over 20 years, and any issue I had was always solved quickly and efficiently. Y’all are great, thanks so much!
