Lana helped me today ..I have never worn makeup so I needed a lot of help. She was very knowledgeable and gave me options. She showed me exactly what I needed and if she had a question she asked the boss lady Kim (who was also very helpful) Lana was all smiles and happy to help and I sure appreciate great customer service !

Soooo tired of the dark circles under my eyes so I got curious, talked to my wife and did some googling to find solutions. I decided on trying a concealer but needed help matching skin tones. Every lady working there was very helpful. I was super apprehensive about going into the store but they all made me feel comfortable and not like the 285 pound black elephant in the room. Good place, nice products and I'm getting better at covering my dark circles.

The staff here are infinitely better as compared to Sephora. While I do wish they carried some of the Sephora exclusive brands I much prefer shopping here. I feel like the service I receive is genuine, and not just someone trying to push a product to meet a sales goal. The curbside service is awesome and my orders are always ready in under an hour. Knowledgeable staff, great rewards program, huge range of products. Basically my one stop shop for skincare, makeup, hair, nails, you name it.

Great store, good prices. I will say that their brow waxing services are a bit inconsistent. My first experience was incredible- the lady was very thorough and competent, measuring my brows and being very precise. The second time, not so much. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but- this brow tech seemed very anxious. She was nice, but clearly didn’t share my vision. She was very shaky when applying the wax strips, which is kind of unnerving when your eyebrows are at stake. She did check in and ask if they looked okay and I said yes (totally understand that that’s on me! I should have spoken up, but to be honest she was so nervous that I didn’t want to risk messing them up more). I ended up with blocky 2015-era type brows that came out pretty uneven, and have made an appointment elsewhere to get them fixed. She was sweet and I don’t want to single her out (maybe it was an off day for her). I paid/tipped, but I don’t really see myself coming back for the services. Overall this is a great Ulta with a helpful staff and every time I come they have the products I need.

Salon Review - PhenomenalSo let me explain I do not have virgin hair. I came from 1,200 miles away with damage, I do have grey hair regrowth, and a color that was too dark. It was a mess. Morgan said we have to heal your hair first. She did not tell me what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to know to fix it. We cut off the damage within two visits, we did a Demi to give me coverage but not permanently putting color that we could not change as we fixed the much too dark color. You see we could not bleach my hair it would have been fried! Two months later, yes, I used the mask every week Morgan was right. Now, we tried something it did not turn out the way we wanted. (This is because of the previous salon not Ulta) Guess what? They fixed it and unlike my other salon I did not have to pay for the correction. Again, they did not make this mess they were trying to fix it. The management credited me for the correction and it was not the fault of anyone at this salon - Morgan was not pleased with the result. I thought it was great. Morgan and the team of Goddesses she works with are incredible. They all work together, they will brainstorm an idea, or a way to handle something. Whatever your need I highly recommend this salon for the top notch products they use and let's face it ladies who does not like discounts? Because it is part of Ulta even if you do not have the Ulta Credit Card the salon counts towards monthly purchases and point levels. So all of my makeup, skincare, hair products get a reduction as well. I love this place. Thank you to an incredible team, management, and especially, Morgan who has so much passion for her craft. Thank you!!!!! Finally, I do not worry about my eyebrows looking good or my hair. If they only had a nail tech I would be set. HA!

My wife loves this place and I go in there with her. Never had a bad experience, normally finds whatever she's looking for. I just go and pay the bill.

I'm an out of state visitor to this location but a frequent customer in my home state of Pennsylvania. I was excited to purchase some new products but unfortunately i was extremely disappointed with this particular store. Upon entering, the store was a mess. Then when I tried browsing the isles, the whole right front side of the store was roped off and I couldn't even look at anything. It was almost like the whole store was completely empty and they were restocking but I visited in the afternoon so I'm not sure why they would even open. Then when I tried asking the workers if i could go down a particular isle they impolitely said no. I asked why I couldn't shop and they were extremely rude, one barely acknowledged me and another was so abnoxious and treated me like I was bothering them. Everyone was so unpleasant and I felt very uncomfortable that I just decided to leave and I will never visit this location again. I understand people trying to do their job but no one was willing to acknowledge me or anyone I was with in any way. I'm very disappointed and I hope management fixes this issue for future customers if they hope to have any.

The employees are constantly popping around corners to ask if you need help in a sci-fi thriller type of way. Makeup is fine, a little cheaper than CVS on some things that are the same brand.
