Jimmy did a great job with my business cards!I must say whoever is in charge of the employee hours need to do a better job as there are always frustrated people waiting for you to open more often than not. Employees should not show up at the time the business is suppose to open .

BUYER BEWARE. Went into this store having high hopes and a positive attitude. I needed 3 copies of a letter. The fee was $3.96 PER PAGE. ($12!) When I mentioned the price being high versus other stores, I was told obnoxiously that they’re allowed to set their own fees since they’re privately owned. Price gauging in a college town. Wow. (I gave 2 stars because of the self-serve Amazon returns.)

The store was fast and efficient, and the attendant helped me pick out the proper wrap and package to ship my package. She kept me informed every step of the way, and clearly stated all of the options I had.

If you are a Spanish speaking person and need notary services . Do Not come here !!!! Again Don’t Come Here!!! The Guy who does Notary service is a Racist to Hispanic people !!!! My cousin and his wife went to get a document notarized because when their son was born the mothers D.O.B was put incorrectly so they need a specific document notarized to get it fixed. They went to the this ups store they called me to translate and the guy asked for a id I explained that they are in an immigration process but they do have a Alachua id and a valid passport . He proceed to say that the passport didn’t have a visa inside so he couldn’t do it and also the Alachua id he couldn’t use it but he could use a Mexican license, at this point I told him he has a Nicaraguan license not a Mexican license this guy goes ahead and says well I can’t tell the difference between both. We stay as calm as possible and I ask to see where in the policy it states you need a visa in your passport to get something notarized he couldn’t tell me. And to top it off he says you can go to Canada and get a license and then I can do it because Mexico and Canada are borders with each other. He needs to get some education on geography. The worst part is that on the phone you can hear other team member agreeing with him, and they are wrong for making people feel this way. They went to another ups store with the same valid passport and they got the document notarized!!!!!!

The worst 30 minutes and $12 of my life. I literally just needed 20 4x6 or half sheet copies of a thank you card printed. I knew something wrong so, out of guilt for the line that formed behind me I just settled for 10 big pieces of card stock with a business card print of the picture I wanted to use. The quality of the pictures is also an issue since now I can’t even cut and use the picture because the words aren’t legible :). Thank you so much

This location used to be great, but in the past couple months, their customer service has really taken a turn for the worse. I’ve been so disappointed by the attitude of the people working in this store.
