One star is seriously being too kind for this store.They charge everything,with ridiculously high price. Package sealed without tape? 2 dollars gone. Use 10 second of their pc? Another 3 dollar. You hvae to be a real geak and ready for everything before you step in this horrible store.

Showed up to get a copy of a ID front and back on the same page.
The lady with the bifocals printed out two pages because she doesn’t understand simple instructions.
Then I try to correct her, where she makes another page the right way. then tries to charge me for three copies because she just cut the other paper and copied both them together. Once I told her I was not paying for that because it’s not my fault She did not do it correctly the first time.
She then started speaking to the other employees loudly while I was walking away trying to be disrespectful, saying that I should pay for something that she messed up, Which is three sheets of paper not that big of a deal, but that’s definitely not a way to speak to a customer. I could clearly show her a YouTube video on how to do it, but that’s not my job to train an employee on how to use a copy machine. . It’s not my fault to tell me that I’m wrong - like I can’t do it at my own office.
Which I will now, but thanks.
Accountability is important in the real world.
And I’m not paying for something because she doesn’t have common sense to use Google or ask for assistance from senior employees.

I’ve used a lot of ups stores and never have received so a bad services as on this store, I’ve been here twice cause it was the closest location but definitely prefer to drive a little more than coming to this store again, terrible service.

I rarely write reviews, let alone poor ones. However, this specific UPS location merits less than a single star. Every time I've gone in there to try to ship something, there's always an issue. This most recent instance has prompted me to finally write a review.
I went there to ship a little bubble mailer containing a passport and requested two-day postage, but they tried to charge me $100 for two-day shipping. While waiting in line, I overheard another woman say that she had never been charged as much as she was. Please, if feasible, avoid this UPS location and seek an alternative. They are overcharging, impolite, useless, and demeaning. Other incidents have included charging for tape, which I've never seen in any UPS store I have visited across the country. They are unorganized, with everyone's mail spread around. You can see them tripping over everything behind the counter because there isn't enough floor room to walk, and they have anything from packages to trash, personal items to boxes. I'm not even sure what else is on the floor. When you walk in, packages and other objects are in the center of the floor, making it difficult to move around.
They are very passive-aggressive, and unwilling to properly assist a customer. This recent incident made me decide not to use them again. I went to FedEx after refusing to pay $100 for two-day shipping for a package that weighed 0.25 pounds.
FedEx at Newberry Road charged me $10 for two-day shipment. I probably would not have submitted a review if it hadn't been for the significant cost difference, which has caused me to believe they are scamming others. Please consider this a caution not to give them your business.

Categorically a pain in the ass. The moment I walk up to the counter, they redirect me to the automated machine. Someone was already using it and no one was in line. I told them that my packages varied and they weren't all Amazon returns. My packages without boxes filled my arms. They dismissed what I said, I tried the machine- didn't work, then when I went to return at the counter, they demanded I have everything printed and packaged to send back an Amazon return. It's like they were determined not to be helpful. I'm going back to Kohl's then.

Stopped in to get 2 copies of a one page document cost $3.00+. The clerk was sure to advise its $3.00 to use the computer. You send your documents to their Gmail account (which is pulled up on the computer screen) I saw the email pop in and I opened it and printed 2 copies. It’s insane that a business would charge $3.00 for 15 seconds on their computer. I understand a charge for the convenience and use. Your price is ridiculously high. I will not be back even in crunch. I encourage everyone needing print services to by-pass this UPS store location. There are many other locations in the Gainesville area that don’t charge at all for computer use to print.
