Dropped off package yesterday. Young man at counter told me there was an internet issue but he will give me a receipt for package. Called today, left on hold 15 min and when asked about my package I was told to contact amazon. No real help here. Unfriendly attitude. This store needs to invest in a backup system for itself and train employees better attitude on phone. I DONT feel comfortable returning here.

Never thought I’d be leaving a review for UPS but my mom and I seriously love this place. They make returns, shipping, all of it sooo easy. Everyone at this location is super nice. it’s always a good experience!

I was mailing boxes from here on a weekly basis at one point and the staff got to know me (for my podcast kits). I really appreciate how kind they are, and their willingness to help. I often use this location to return Amazon packages, too. It’s great because it’s in a plaza with a Publix, so I can run other errands nearby, too.

I’ve shipped countless of things from here and would always get a receipt, one day in a rush i just had my box checked in and said no to the receipt and now that box is no where to be found. The single time I don’t ask for the recipe it got lost. I was assured by John that day

This location was supposed to ship temperature sensitive medication within 24 hours. The sale was completed at 10:56am with the label not being created until after 5:30pm! The medication did not leave that day, Jan 30th, nor did they ship it on Jan 31st. They said the shipment would arrive Jan 31st after 3pm. It's now Jan 31st 5pm MST and the shipment hasn't left the original location! I am now without this expensive medication. This location is absolutely incompetent and worthless! $147 wasted.

It's 858 am on Friday before Christmas and all the employees are staring at us from the inside and will not open the door. Very inconsiderate.

10 stars if I could! As everyone has noted, the people at this UPS store are wonderful! Like many of them, we have used this store since it first opened and have always had a great experience! Special thanks to Magan who is always INCREDIBLE--especially her being so patient, professional, and personable! She exceeds every standard of customer service and deserves your highest recognition!

I have been using the services of this particular UPS store since 2003 and consistently all team members are above and beyond expected customer service benchmarks. The owner/franchisee is hyper dedicated to making sure that all customers get five star service. I’ve talked with him and got to know his personal mission statement on how he runs his business and he really knows customerservice, logistics and making sure his store is ready to serve customers in an efficient manner.
I have been to other stores, particularly in Ocala, Florida that don’t even come close to the customer focused attention that is provided at the Tower Square location.
I think the best way to sum anything up regarding everyone involved in the store is it’s a “Can Do” mentality.
I actually feel good after leaving the store.

I’ve been using this UPS store for years. I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve worked with at least a dozen different employees. Without fail they have been helpful and courteous. A fantastic team and store all the way around. A special shout out to Ellen who was helpful at my visit today.
