“I would ABSOLUTELY recommend CarMax to anyone looking for a vehicle. The process from start to finish was extremely easy and HASSLE FREE.
I picked a car to be shipped to my local CarMax store and it arrived within a couple of days. I contacted the store to set up an appointment to test drive the car for the next morning (it arrived in the afternoon and I wanted to ensure I had plenty of time to fill out paperwork etc to take the car home on the same day).
Once I arrived at the store I was greeted immediately and the rep who took care of me from start to finish is Kavoris Williams. I want to give a huge shout out to Kavoris bc he was very patient, personable, and professional throughout the entire process.
If I need another car in the future I will DEFINITELY go straight to CarMax and nowhere else!!”
