“From the sales team to the service department and the collection department my experience has been great, I bought a car 2 years ago and everything been super good, they always do my regular maintenance and since I have automatic payments my oil change is 100% free, also Mr Armando was great when I took my car to oil change and he noticed i needed the brakes change, I did and know if feels really smooth when I apply the brakes, financing department been great as well, my collector Diego helped me every time he got the chance and when he couldn’t help me he transfer me to his manager Carlos and helped me with my payments being late. “I just bought my 2nd car from LMN autos. The cars are absolutely wonderful. No junk cars there, they are inspected before you get them.They called me after both purchases asking if everything was okay. That's a pretty good feeling .The folks that work there are helpful and very diligent in getting everything taken care of while you are there.I wouldn't go anywhere else again.Its a big deal because I have cancer and little energy but these folks took care of everything.I felt at home while there and recommended this place above the dozen other car lots I was either turned down or the car were not reliable they tried to force me to take. Everything was done remotely, we pulled up, the Jeep was ready, we test drove it, signed a few papers and we were off. “We stopped by just to look around. The salesman, Matt, who came out to greet us was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He wasn’t at all pushy or like the typical “car sales” guy. I really appreciated that he seemed to be most interested in finding exactly what we were looking for, not just trying to put us in any random car, just to make a sale. We didn’t find anything we fell in love with then but he took down our information and what all we are looking for, & said he would call us back when y’all had something in. He called us last week to let us know there were a few things that fit our list on the lot. We are going back this week to check out the ones he called about.
