Terrible customer service. Long wait, arriving on time for appointment with no one else in the lobby. Brought check for service. Representative instructs to use a specific payment method which added a more than $5 fee to transaction. Second awful USPS experience at different location in 1 weeks time. Do better.

What an awful place. The supervisor is very rude and expressed that he does not respect his customers! I cannot believe this is allowed. No way he should be in this position. He needs to be terminated immediately. We The People
