Long lines with 1 or 2 staff at counter if you are lucky. With all that money and constant raising of prices you would think they can afford extra help. Privatize USPS NOW! Bring a futon or a bean bag so you can sleep while waiting in their ridiculously long lines.

8/4/2025- they now have satisfaction surveys at the register. We should be using this to rate the facility/management - not the USPS clerk. The clerks are always friendly but the management needs a nudge.
This staff are friendly, but it is not well managed. Always short staffed and the very convenient package drop off equipment has been broken for weeks. They haven’t provided an alternative drop basket until recently (all the other locations in Gville provide drop off baskets). It is hit or miss here. This location could benefit from an external review.

Every time I visit this post office, the experience is frustrating. The lines are always long, or they’re short-staffed. It feels like there’s constantly new staff being trained, and the service moves very slowly. I really miss the old staff who used to work here — they were efficient and professional. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Something needs to be done to improve their service.

Manager is unprofessional I had an issue with a package delivery she had me to wait by the parcel lockers for over 15min … eventually I just left I thought this location was better than the Main Street location

Understaffed and underpaid. Very kind people dealing with ruthless entitlement and rude members of the public. The employees today (6/17/25 around 4pm) were great and deserve a lot better treatment.

Extremely long line with one person working. Needed supervisor assistance for a refund and they had me fill out a long form which took an additional 5 minutes just so they could tell me I was ineligible for the refund. Front line worker was empathetic while the supervisor treated me terribly. Would recommend replacing her.
