I bought my 2020 Ford Explorer. The tranny went out on it and they fixed it with no problem I have bought cars from them before they are great. I recommend them to everyone.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible experience all around, and to put the icing on the cake, the staff is very rude and unprofessional. Highly would NOT recommend. I had issues ever since I got the car and a few were fixed, however, the main issue was not and after every service appointment (I had 2) I would let them know about the persistent problem and still no solution, so I finally just gave the car back. I was trying to fill something out online and found out they never officially register the car to me, so it expired 10/21/25 and I had no idea until I called, and the lady and she then says “oh it’s expired” when I asked for the registration. Mind you I got the car in September, so the salesman/dealership never registered anything and the rude man in their loan care office legit was on the phone arguing with me telling me I told him everything was fine with my car which I never said; I actually took a video the day I picked it up and sent it saying the problem was not fixed. I didn’t want to pursue legal action but at this point I believe it’s very necessary.
