Zero stars. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Entered the store an hour before close on super bowl Sunday to buy an apple watch. The heavier set white guy did dont seem very helpful at as, as not only did he refuse to bring the watch i wanted out from the back to look at, but lied and told me my account was "flagged" so he didn't have to sell me anything. Instead the sales person and his manager sat around talking about their work party that they were about to leave for and what team they were rooting for and what dishes they were bringing. So i sat down to call the support line and after calling verizon customer support and speaking with their management, it turned out that my account was NOT actually flagged, so customer support sold it to me over the phone. 5 minutes until close I step back over to the sales person to pick it up the watch i had just paid for over the phone and the sales person told me they were closed and could not help me. I reminded him that I had been in the store the entire time and that it didn't seem right to kick customers out of the store instead of helping them, and he shrugged his shoulders and said "well we're closed now so i cant help you." I have worked in customer service for many years and I have never worked somewhere that has excused customers directly at closing time. Horrible experience. I hope they have a nice party and I HOPE they work off commission because their location will not be getting my sale now or ever in the future. Save yourself the hassle of visiting this location. 0/10.

I had a downright poor Verizon experience at this location! Too many issues with them to list. Seems like too many bad apples. I switched carriers and I am so very glad I did!! I highly recommend shopping around as their are even more phones and carriers in the market to choose from. Have a blessed day

Service is always professional and quick. My representative was awesome, although I missed the best promotion since I kept a phone for a long time so couldn't trade it (a caution to others). Good diversity in employment, and everyone is courteous. Phones and network are reliable

I know It wasn't his job but he helped me setup my email. He also helped me get a email so I can use the DocuSign. That was major because my house burned down and I lost everything. He was so kind and I love that.

My phone was stuck in do not disturb and I wanted it off. The gentleman quickly get my phone back working and I am no longer missing out on money. He also showed me home to work the do not disturb button.
