I was a walk in yesterday and they were really nice and got me in immediately. They sat me with Mike. I needed a gel extension removal and I wanted a full set of builder gel tips medium length. Before he got started I told him about a sore spot on one of my fingers because of a cuticle I pulled. He proceeded with the removal but I have NEVER had my nails removed so forcefully before. He didn’t soak them off, he took a nail tip and forced them off. My nails are pretty weak in general but especially after having my nails removed which is why I went to have them professionally removed as to minimize how weak and sore my nail beds would feel after. It was so rough that one of the nails ripped up part of my real nail and he tried to buff it and it hurt so badly. I flinched so many times during the hour and a half I was there. It was like he was doing it to rush through the entire thing. When it got to shaping my nails, there were a few that were very clearly crooked, which I told him about and he said it was because of my finger. He tried reshaping it so it looked a little better but my pinky is clearly really crooked. Overall they are okay but my experience was so rough and rushed I likely won’t return.

I love coming to vynas the staff is amazing. Kristin was awesome will be coming back. Pedicures are always good very relaxing.

Kevin did a great job with all parts of the pedicure. He really took his time massaging and scrubbing which was nice. However, the swatch I picked did not match the color they put on like at all…I picked a very light pink and the color on my toes is neon pink. I picked color 496 and this is what I got. Once I got home, I called to let them know I was not satisfied and I was put on hold several time just to be told that if I wanted them to correct THEIR mistake I would have to pay an additional $25 to get the correct color. If it had been several days I could understand but considering it was only a few hours later and they would not fix their mistake was completely upsetting.
