Worst Walgreens in town a week later still does not have my prescription!! And they keep telling me it will be ready in an hour or the next day. Service sucks.!!

You're better off braving your illness yourself yourself than coming here! As a schoolteacher with a cough and sick students, I came to buy masks and receive a COVID-19 test for myself. Not only did they not have the materials to conduct the tests they advertise, but the pharmacist didn't even know if the store had masks or where they would be! Go to any other Walgreens, or better yet, any other company.

Came in around 1:20ish to seek a pharmacy consultation for some poison ivy, once I go to the window to seek help, I notice a woman with glasses who gave off a putrid odor FaceTime with a friend and engaging in laughter. I asked for assistance multiple times just to be cut off and have the window shut on my face. The cashier at the front was clueless to the situation and paged her with no response (so I’m assuming) cashiers are mistreated and overworked here as she was running both photos and front register with oneself. The lady I have an issue with comes to the front laughing on the phone while the cashier is overwhelmed with customers and gives an intense glare to the cashier. I inform this “supervisor” about her lack of professionalism just to be taunted like a child and shoot a middle finger once I turn towards the direction of the door. Is this really the rep of (Gainesville, Florida). Will the madness persist? And of course, this lady amongst dozens of other people in higher position will not face the repercussions that are necessary. Please find another store everyone, where you time will be valued and considered.

I was having a very difficult time with my insurance company regarding approval of an epi-pen for my daughter. After 3 days and many hours on the phone with pharmacy, doctors and insurance it finally got resolved! But during this process a lady named Lacey in the pharmacy literally exhausted all of her resources to help with my situation. She went above and beyond for me and I can’t say enough about her excellent customer service!! Thank you Lacey!!

I came to Walgreens at 8:45 pm. I have not witnessed such kindness and friendliness in a while. You have a jewell of an employee. Her name is Yaz. She was so helpful. I was tired and was not the best customer, but that did not matter. She kept a smile on her face the whole time and helped me. She went sbove and beyond. If I could have left her a tip I would have. Great customer service even to a not so nice customer.

Never had a better experience! If you are going to this pharmacy make sure to ask for Chris. He is the best in the entire Walgreens corporation. He was patient, kind, extremely helpful, and made my entire week! This is going to be my primary pharmacy because of Chris.

There was one pharmacist, I think his name was Chris, and he was so helpful. He was the smartest pharmacist I've ever encountered in my decades of buying my prescription medication. All the staff at this location were so courteous and now I will only ever go to this store. Also, so much better than CVS.

First time leaving a review for anything. Felt it was necessary to leave this after the wonderful experience I had at the pharmacy. Chris went above and beyond in helping answer my questions when receiving my prescription!
