Consistently terrible customer service at this store (can’t speak to the pharmacy because Walgreens is too expensive for scripts). I have had issues with every pick up order I have placed in the past few months. One of the new associates is also very rude in-store. It is extremely disappointing.

This pharmacy is consistently awful in more ways than i can list here. I am going to CVS.. The nice clean well stocked store across the street seems to always have a pharmacist on duty when they are supposed to, unlike this Walgreens. They literally call me 5 times a day like robo calls weren’t enough. And then I have to wait for 20 minutes on the phone for NOTHING. It’s rude and unacceptable.

If I could give it 0 star but it gives me the option of 1 star. Today at noon I came to the pharmacy on 39th Ave and 13th NW, I asked about my daughter's medicine and a girl told me to give it 1 hour and that they would call me when it's ready, now I came in person to Walgreens at 4:45 pm and they don't have the medicine ready. I asked her why she was taking so long and another girl told me that she doesn't know but that they will call me when she is ready and I asked her again and she is still not ready now it is 5:15 pm I had to go inside Walgreens and they told me that It's not ready yet. They told me that in 10 minutes will be ready . today is sept 26/2023

One of my many hobbies is people watching and sometimes I just get me a nice snack and binoculars then sit at Starbucks and watch all the erratic characters enter the store. They all range to soccer mom to drug addicted hobo, and I just love how Wal-greens has successfully homed the many duality’s of mankind.

This is my local Walgreens and I appreciate it being there. There is one woman who works here who will go out of her way to help you with everything and anything. I appreciate her so much and she takes her time with every customer. If it makes you wait longer, IT'S WORTH IT. She is a hard-working woman who obviously has overcome arthritis that is debilitating. I appreciate her being there and would be extremely unhappy to know she no longer was able to work. Unless of course she has decided to retire. She is a positive shining light and the type of character you want checking out your customer's in your store. ❤Other than that it's your typical Walgreens always better than CVS. I don't use the pharmacy so I won't comment on the pharmacy. I have used the pharmacy in the past. Which is a comment in itself. ???

I got a vaccination yesterday at this location and I’m impressed enough to leave a review. Whoever my nurse was did a fantastic job—it was the most painless shot I’ve ever received. I hate needles and the experience was great. Usually I feel lightheaded and stressed during and after a shot, but this time, the experience was stress-free. Thank you Walgreens and your staff for making a necessary, but sometimes icky thing like a shot be a smooth experience.

I waited at the front register for 5 minutes before anybody came to check me out. Then when someone came, he asked if I was first in line…. I’m standing there waiting at the front of the line. I think I’m first, last time I checked.But ANYBODY could of walked out without paying because not a single employee was in the front of the store supervising anything.

Owe my mom money ? my meds are free that what my insurance told me and I can't take the pills because I Can't Take Red Capsules and ? I TOLD THEM THAT !!!Then that when they were rude and unprofessional slap a sticker on the pill ? bottle that said something that was in call for so I just letting everyone know that they are not safe place to get your. Medicine from because they didn't listen to me and I vomit my medicine
