The Pharmacy is absolutely horrible. There is an issue with verifying my insurance every single time . I have to call every single time to remind them of small details that then allows my insurance to finally be processed. The pharmacy staff is rude and seems miserable. when I call I am on hold for almost 20-30 mins. Often times I am hung up on while holding. It is the closest one to my home so I keep going there but I am switching to Publix because it absolutely ridiculous.

typically this location is quite decent, however my last trip was quite frustrating. I attempted to purchase a Halloween item i found on the shelf, which was discounted bc it was the week after halloween. When I went to pay the cashier told me she could not sell it to me bc it wasnt supposed to be on the shelf, as they had pulled all halloween items and sent back. The item had been left on the shelf by mistake.

I went in today around 7:35PM to pick up my prescription. The pharmacy had filled a different medication and i asked for the correct one to be filled. The technician told me to come back in 15-20 minutes. I waited in my car for a few minutes and got back in line at 7:50. There were 2 cars infront of me. At 8:07 they finally got to my car and the technician that had ASKED ME to come back closed the window. I told her she told me to come back in 15 minutes. She told me they were closed. I don’t understand why they helped the car infront of me when it was after 8 and not me when the technician had literally told me to come back and i had been in line waiting. There were no cars behind me they saw that i had been waiting and still chose to close the window.

They NEVER pick up the phone. Instead they HANG UP ON YOU multiple times after telling you to "hold".
I just told a pharmacist about this and he was very nice and polite about it. I really hope this gets fixed.

The worst I have ever been to. Filled with rude, sad and unfriendly staff. Amazes how it's same across the whole store.

I’ve never dealt with a Walgreens that deserved even 4 stars. This one no different. After the phone system tells them it’s time to talk to me they pick up abruptly tell you to hold on and hang up. Then next time they do it again until they feel like talking to you. Then half the time they don’t care to help. It’s the Walgreens BIG CORP that the problem here. I feel sorry for the employees too. Either way service is just awful.

Couldnt find a photo order even though i had an order number. They did not look through all the photo orders that were already ready. I showed them the order on my phone that it was ready at the store. They acted like i was at the wrong store. Their system cannot accurately search photo orders by order number. They did not even say bye to me, just " i dont think we have it" and then they all 3 walked away awkward af. Also they took forever to help me at photo section. I took a whole pee before i was helped and i waited a few minutes at the photo station before i took my pee. God awful experience here. I might cry when i go home. I was way nicer to any of them than they were to me and i wasnt even getting paid.
