I’ve never dealt with a Walgreens that deserved even 4 stars. This one no different. After the phone system tells them it’s time to talk to me they pick up abruptly tell you to hold on and hang up. Then next time they do it again until they feel like talking to you. Then half the time they don’t care to help. It’s the Walgreens BIG CORP that the problem here. I feel sorry for the employees too. Either way service is just awful.

Couldnt find a photo order even though i had an order number. They did not look through all the photo orders that were already ready. I showed them the order on my phone that it was ready at the store. They acted like i was at the wrong store. Their system cannot accurately search photo orders by order number. They did not even say bye to me, just " i dont think we have it" and then they all 3 walked away awkward af. Also they took forever to help me at photo section. I took a whole pee before i was helped and i waited a few minutes at the photo station before i took my pee. God awful experience here. I might cry when i go home. I was way nicer to any of them than they were to me and i wasnt even getting paid.

I love this Walgreens !!! I was out of a very important medication due to my doctor’s mistake. Johanna went out of her way and above and beyond to get my medication filled for me during a weekend. I can’t thank all of the staff at this location enough. I had considered switching to another pharmacy but after the service at this Walgreens I will never go anywhere else.

Decent Walgreens location. Do not use Walgreens to get film developed if you want the negatives returned. For some odd reason no major store like Walgreens, CVS or any other big place returns negatives and all you get is a single CD or flash drive with low quality versions of the photos you took. I suggest spending a bit extra and shipping it out or taking a drive to Jacksonville or Daytona beach and taking it somewhere local.

Their price tags provide inconsistent information as to what qualifies as under FSA product. Before finalizing my purchase I asked the manager cashier to verify , she did, then when my receipt was printed they products were not FSA approved, I did not leave the store. I was not allowed to return the non FSA products. Last time shopping there.

Had a terrible experience across the street at CVS and walking in the door to Walgreens being greeted was a completely different experience. The pharmacy tech, I believe her name was Erika, was so sweet and helpful. Everyone at the store was friendly and focused on the costumer experience.

My family and I have been using this pharmacy for 5 years now. I consistently spent hundreds of dollars there every month. One of my scripts was a narcotic. Over the 5 yrs I came to learn that the head pharmacist Mohammad and a tech there named Tony disrespects and treats those of us on narcotics differently. I have seen it first hand by how they speak to me compared to how I hear them speak to my wife or kids when they have issues. My daughter has cancer and we spent a lot of money at this pharmacy. We just switched to CVS across the street in hopes they act human. Every other person who worked there over the yrs was very friendly, helpful, & personable except those 2. I purchased brand name & every single month they would have a coupon there to help me with the large monthly amount unless I was waited on by these 2 men. They didn’t owe me anything but just making the point. Many times they would also be out of stock even though they knew I’d be in every 30 days. I never complained. I would even purchase the most expensive Walgreens myrewards plan every year just to try & form a good relationship. I didn’t need it. A few months ago, without my knowledge, Tony waited on me & switched me to generic. I kept it mainly because I didn’t want to deal with him over it. Plus it was hundreds cheaper. I had a touch time switching. For the 1st time in 5 yrs I had to call my provider to help me fill my script a few days early. Never did that before. My provider did it gladly knowing I was never a problem. There were times that I had as many as 19 extra tablets a month. Many times filling past 30 days. But going over 30 days at this Walgreens doesn’t ever matter. It’s the one or few times that you need help is when it matters. Mohammad made a fool of himself by the way he spoke to my provider when they called in. Stating that I was nothing more than a monthly problem to him. Wanting early fills every month. A total lie. Period. I wrote all this to say.... if you need monthly service from a good caring pharmacist, especially if it’s a narcotic, I’d run very far from this place. Things happen in life. Go somewhere where they at least act like they give 2 cents.
