This Walmart is horrible. Between items not being charged correctly, moody employees, unstocked shelves, and lines long as ever. I've never seen such caos. It felt like a movie scene from an apocalypse. The employees are the most unhelpful waste of pay and literally half the items in the store are gone. There was no one to check anyone out and the line was the longest I've ever seen. The store was dirty and smelly. Honestly I won't come back.

Not normally a Walmart shopper. I like to think I'm reasonably polite. Every now and again I need to come to Walmart to remind myself why I hate it so. Customers and employees are both obnoxious. By the end of my "dog eat dog" shopping trip, I find I too am just not as nice.. shop online or shop elsewhere!!

The food delivery or grocery delivery service sucks. Either they're late or the items you ordered don't show up, or the items are never available. To try and get someone on the phone at the store is like trying to reach the White House. No one picks up. If they do pick up, no one can help you. Walmart has now become the epitome of crappy customer service. No one cares about their job. No one wants to go the extra mile and help you and I don't know if they just hire crappy people or they don't pay their people well but it's very disappointing when you can't rely on their service especially if you use it for your eight-year-old mother This place doesn't deserve one star

Thank goodness for self check out. I can get in and out. Unfortunately, some bad apples have ruined the freedom of putting items like cosmetic, and detergent directly into your cart. Overall, I will Walmart, always get assistance when I need it.

Dear WalMart, CVS and all other stores that have self checkout --You are almost exclusively self-checkout now. The last time I was there, it was a lady checking receipts at the exit by stopping everyone. I didn't choose to participate in that nonsense, so I just skipped the exit line and left. I heard her saying "ma'am", ma'am" as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head, leaving the store. You can either trust me to do self-checkout, or you can put your cashiers back in place like it used to be. I'm not interested in proving that I did your job for you. You want me to be a cashier with no training then that's your problem not mine. Don't audit me for a position you refuse to employ any longer.

Bad service, long lines, never any carts. Worst Walmart I've ever been to. Last time I was inside the checkout line took half an hour, many of the machines were needing employee help but they were nowhere to be found.

Horrible customer service, long lines, severely lacking in products and staff. Last time we'll ever shop at Walmart again.

The quality of the pictures I picked up where absolutely horrible. An at home printer does a better job. I will never visit Walmart again for printing.

Not much to say about Walmart. I like to get in and out because shopping with a bunch of people makes me cringe. This morning I was in and out. Many workers available placing things on shelves. People were polite and directed me in the aisles I needed to be in. Nice and clean throughout the store. Checkout was short although it could've been shorter if someone was checking me out. Where are the cashiers Walmart? I do not enjoy self checkout unless I'm purchasing one or two items. Self checking groceries is a chore. Not a cashier in sight. There were two employees in self checkout wiping down between customers though. Is this the new thing Walmart? I don't like it. Anyway, I went in, found what I needed with ease. Till next time.

Another ace for customer service! Placed a photo order to be picked up the next day. Online, on day of pick up, the order still showed as pending, so I called the store [5 times before reaching someone] and finally got ahold of a woman at the the customer service desk, who swiftly told me no was available at the photo desk but she could put me on hold until someone picks up...Me: "about how long do you think?"Her: "I don't know, I'm just answering phones at the customer service desk."Me: "Is there anyone working over in that area today?"Her: "I don't knooowww, maaaaammmm."Once again, rude and unable to provide any semblance of a solution for the problem.I called Walmart.com since I had placed the order through the app and a gentleman was kindly able to tell me that this department was one that would be closed until further notice. He also kindly cancelled my order, since no one would be able to process it in the foreseeable future. In conclusion, Walmart in Butler Plaza: not a place where people with good leadership, problem solving skills, or manners are hired.
