“My Rolex band broke. I sent it to Rolex to have it repaired. It broke at the link and needed a new pin. Rolex refused to repair it. Rolex said that I had to buy a new band for $22,000. It was a simple repair, and when nobody else would do the repair Time connection did. They fixed it while I waited and took them less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend their service. They were friendly. They were knowledgeable and they were able to get the job done, right!”
