I will likely not be ordering from here again, especially not through DoorDash. When my food was delivered, my smoothie looked as if someone had taken a sip from it. Then the smoothie was wasted all over the bag. I ended up throwing the smoothie out because I didn't feel safe enough to drink it. There should've been stickers on the drink for more security.

We’re from out of state. I was so excited for my Wawa sub. Got on the road and ten minutes later I went to eat and my sub was dry. They left off the oil/vinegar. Such a bummer.

Waited a long time for a mobile order, watching others order and receive their food before us. Turns out our was behind the desk rather than on the mobile order rack, and they never called it out. Because it sat so long, my bagel was soggy and the bagel is falling apart with paper stuck to it (I tried peeling some off before I took photos). Sadly I’m not going to suffer through eating this, and we’re on a long drive so I’m just going to be hungry but it is what it is. Tried to get a refund for it on the app, but the function isn’t working right now.
Snickerdoodle coffee is amazing though.

Don't go here around 10am, today the manager came out cussing loud enough I could hear, took the only guy around the deli into the fridge. Left him In there on his phone until someone realized I was waiting on food and the coffee team had to remind him to come out of the fridge and do his job.

Some of the worst customer service of all time. Pretty much every worker should be fired here, during the night shift they are berating guests to no end and create the least pleasant environment possible.

My fault I guess for ordering food in Gainesville after 9pm, but after a McDonald's order was stolen by a Dasher, I used the last of my money to order Wawa, who then gave my fodd to some random person before my new dasher got there.
No food, no remake, I just have to call the delivery company. At least I'll get a refund next week. The manager explained that withiutba reode4 they couldn't know the recipe for the unmodified menu sandwich I ordered. Hopenone of them ever work in a place that makes real food.

Located on W University Ave across from campus, this Wawa is a bit of a stand alone in that it isn't associated with a gas station but rather next to other shops. It’s always been a solid choice for late night food runs, pre or post game grub, snacks, pick me up bevies, or morning breakfast runs. Order ahead in the app to save time (and earn rewards) as it can get busy.

The red head worker berated my friend for eating cheetos in the store then proceeded to go after our whole group. I understand that no eating inside may be a wawa policy, however it is not posted anywhere. I believe the worker had the right to ask us to stop, however being rude and disrespectful towards paying customers is not acceptable in any context. Even the other coworker present looked horrified.

Probably the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced 😂, at 6 am to make it so much better! The 2 ladies working in the mobile order area had terrible attitudes - the first girl had an attitude because I PAID for extra caramel .. when she handed it to me there was only caramel on the whip cream . my bad ? lol.. i ordered a caramel frappuccino yall .. why after all that and i got in my car and drank it .. THERES NO COFFEE IN IT😂😂.. THEN i had a sandwich as well and the drink lady told me walk down to the sandwich girl ok cool .. i stand there and she’s not saying anything then looks up at me w a dirty look and asked if i needed something .. i told her my sandwich and she sent me down to the cashier to hunt it down myself .. and ofc a cashier wasn’t to be found . I don’t usually leave reviews like this but ruining someone’s morning and coffee bc YOU didnt wanna go to work … is crazy work. whoever pissed them off this morning you trippin i’m over here catching strays at 6 am .
