Stepped in thinking I was going to get a hot cup of coffee and all of the coffee pots were empty and nobody attempting to get them refilled so I put my empty cup down and walked away. I Need to get to work.

The manager Carmen( is that even his name ) was very rude, i went in there to exchange a pair of sunglasses i bouth about 2 month ago because they broke on theyre own, even tho i called customer service before i went in there to get the receipt which i did and they said any return withing 90 days and he refused to exchanged them because i had them for too long he said, i will be going up this ladder, not because of the 25 dollars but more for the disrespect when he lied saying i only had 24 hours to retun them or exchange them, wawa had lost me and my family as customers...

I never make reviews but this experience needed one. Went to this Wawa for just 1 cup of mac and cheese and waited for an estimated 30 minutes. I was the only person waiting for food after 2 people in front of me received their food. after about 25 minutes i saw that they put up what looked like my order. The girl working the kitchen area didn’t even call out the order number she just walked off to a different area of the store. The guy working the drink area clearly saw i had been waiting for a long time and still didn’t even help me or cared to ask what i was waiting on. I eventually went up to the drink guy and asked if he could help me. Right when he was going to help me the girl working the kitchen area came back but she STILL didn’t call out the number order. I asked her if that was my order and she said yes. i expressed to her that she never even called out the order number. but she didn’t seem to care. 0/0 stars for the service.

I came in today, just got a couple items, I am a regular here at Wawa, and today I seen a new face, I believe she said her name was Victoria, she was super sweet!! Greeted me at the register even complimented me, and that made my whole day, being an older woman I don’t get very many compliments now days, so just hearing her say she loved my outfit made my day! She has such an amazing attitude and amazing customer service.

Usually love this Wawa but I just had a crazy experience there with a cashier, been going to this Wawa for some time, me and my wife don't look under aged, at all, neither one of us, my wife asked for a pack of backwoods but she didn't have her wallet she left it at home, I had my wife's expired drivers license because I loved her old picture, long story short the cashier was basically telling me what we were doing was illegal. Crazy experience, also her old ID is obviously expired but it is a picture of her and it says she's way over age lol I'm allowed to have an expired picture of my wife like girl be for real

If you're not going to have any Cups by the fountain machine and make people go up front to the counter to get cups you should have a sign so people don't think you're out of cups like the other stores in Gainesville pretty dumb on your part

Every wawa I've ever been too has been immaculate, well stocked and has good employees.THIS one is TERRIBLE. And it's recent that it started going downhill. The employees literally act like someone is forcing them to be there and they wanna make SURE you know that they don't care about the job. As of today the donuts haven't been restocked in four days, and the Red bulls haven't been restocked in a long time so all they have is regular and sugar free. I HATE Circle K and today I walked out of Wawa and went to circle k. It's that bad. And it's a shame because I live right across the street and the next nearest store (circle k) is at least three times as far.
