Extremely long wait time and they only had one person handling transactions.

Used to be a decent branch but seems to be struggling badly. Bare minimum staff and will make you come back hours or days later for the simplest transactions such as wire transfers or other banking needs other than making a deposit. Do yourself a favor and pick a bank that cares about the customers and their money and unfortunately Wells Fargo is not one.

I happen to love MY BANK . People will find every little reason to say something bad . Truth is , no matter where you go there's going to be set backs . Restaurants , retail stores , don't get me started with govt agencies. People need to chill a little. Wells Fargo has offered me free checking and confidence that I can't possibly get from other institutions. Been with them over 10 years, maybe 15 .

I worked with Daniel the bank teller here and he was SUPER helpful and kind. I had to wire some money and he was super careful, he called the place I was wiring the money to, to confirm, and then had me look to triple check. He also listened to vent and gave me good advice that was really helpful! Great experience!

Worst bank ever! Bank places a hold on an incoming transfers from my own account at another bank after manager ensures me it would not happen. Bank refused to cash a certified check for $500 without all account members present but allow me to deposit it then withdraw funds using the ATM. Worst customer service of any bank. I'll be closing my account of 15+ years.

Went inside with a $20 bill that had the corner ripped off. I was made to understand for many years now, that a bank will accept it as long as the serial number is present. I tried to deposit it with the male bank teller and he immediately told me they can’t accept it, but I can use it at a store just fine. Well that didn’t work, so I decided to deposit the ripped bill at the drive thru teller and she accepted it no questions ask. My MAIN problem with Wells Fargo is the difficulty I have deposit money at their ATM. I deposited some cash and the ATM said it couldn’t accept the bills and that the cash drawer was jammed and couldn’t return my bills. The ATM’s alone have caused me to change banks because it’s so frustrating not being able to deposit cash, and I don’t have 45 minutes to wait in the drive thru line and obviously some of the bank tellers don’t feel like doing their job, like the guy teller I described above.

Nothing screams “professional” quite like sitting behind a car in the drive through banking line for over half an hour. I finally just left after seeing that both regular lanes and the business lane had one car each, and had not moved since I pulled up.While a rep from Wells Fargo corporate seems to be replying to numerous reviews here, the fact that this is still happening many months later shows that they have no intention of actually addressing the issue. Myself and my business will be moving to a credit union elsewhere. Just the benefit of myself and my staff not having to spend hours each week waiting for Wells Fargo to allow us the honor of depositing our own money makes the move worth it.And before the rep from Wells Fargo replies with the same fluff they’ve given other reviewers: No, I won’t contact you with my name and account details. I’m posting this review to save others from dealing with you, I have no interest in beta testing your failed attempts at customer service.

Worse drive through bank I have ever been too. Only 1 car in front of me and 1 car in the other 2 lanes. I sat in line behind 1 car for 33 minutes. Never got up to the mic, I gave up after 33 minutes. This has been the case my last 5 times there. Please get some drive through help please. I hate banking with Wells Fargo now, especially this location. I waste my whole lunch hour every 2 weeks waiting in line, and half the time I never even get helped, because my lunch break ends, then I don't even have time to get lunch. And I take lunch at 11am so I don't have to wait in long lines

Today I went to open a checking account. There was all these friendly and smiling staff. The big brother opened and account for me, and he was a good brother.

I had an appointment today for notary services for 3pm to sign mortgage paperwork for a house out-of-state. We had to wait a half hour for our appointment and then the notary looked at the paperwork, looked at his watch, and refused to notarize the papers. He could have easily crossed out and initialed the areas he had issues with and attached the extra document (that he showed us) to overcome the issues. He just didn't feel like doing the extra work because it was close to closing time and he wanted to go home. So thank you Wells Fargo, our closing is now delayed another day and I'll be finding a new bank.

Horrible customer service. Didn’t even have the courtesy to say “hey, you should probably cash your check instead of depositing it and not getting your money for rent and groceries until the next day”. F right off

This is no Wachovia. Apparently they didn't get the customer service handbook with the merger. Couldn't make a payment to spouses line of credit.

I visited this branch location for the first time this afternoon, and was pleased with the knowledgeable and efficient service I received from Helen in the commercial drive thru lane. She told me of the applicable fees to get a money order and was quick to type and process the form so I could be on my way. A much better experience here than when visiting the Millhopper branch on 43rd Street/39th Avenue, where the wait lines are always ridiculous and where the tellers did not know how to process either a check or a money order.I an happy. Thank you, Helen!
